I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! A vacation that ended in the hospital! At first glance, the reception area looks nice, but the rooms are in terrible condition: old furniture, damaged door frames, and an unbearable smell. We even found an extremely dirty baby cot in the hallway. The food selection is very limited, and we noticed that dishes left over from lunch were served again at dinner, raising serious concerns about food freshness. The worst part was that two other people and I ended up in the hospital with severe digestive problems and fever. After undergoing medical tests, we were diagnosed with gastrointestinal infections, and the doctors suspected that the food served at the hotel was the source. In my case, the problems are serious enough that I need to continue medical investigations after returning to my home country. The only positive aspect is the hotel’s location in the center of Hurghada. AVOID THIS HOTEL! We came here to enjoy our vacation but ended up spending our time in hospitals, receiving IV fluids and medical treatment.

The entertainment team was amazing. They organized lots of activities that we really enjoyed. They were cheerful and fun to be around. I’d love to see them again next year and have plenty more fun with them.

The hotel is great, but the animator Mando was a complete disaster. He offered me a private massage, was very pushy, constantly said inappropriate and stupid things, and even tried to kiss me at the disco! He should not be working with tourists. He is very unprofessional and pushy. It seems like he does nothing except trying to flirt with and take advantage of women. The other animators were amazing! Medo, Jolie and Yomna especially deserve praise. They are friendly, hardworking and very involved in their work!

My trip was at 23 august. A Wonderful Stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was well organized and pleasant from the moment we arrived. As soon as you enter, you can immediately notice the cleanliness and the fresh, clean smell throughout the place. We were welcomed with a nice welcome drink, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The hotel is relatively small, but this is actually one of the things we liked most. You never feel that the place is crowded or overwhelmed with guests. Everything feels comfortable and well organized. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the food was varied with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Definitely a place we would be happy to visit again! ❤️ كان حلو جدا، كل حاجة فيه كانت كويسة، من أول ما تدخل المكان وإنت شامم ريحة النظافة، كان فيه welcome drink، الناس بيستقبلوك بابتسامة، فيه نظام، الأكل كان متنوع، الأوض نظيفة جدا، ما تحسش بزحمة المكان نفسه، بالرغم إن الأوتيل نفسه صغير، لكن ما تحسش بزحمة الناس فيه خالص.
