good experience enjoyed the entertainment

It had good entertainment and I really enjoyed it.

Most of the staff ok but Salama at the front desk ignorant, nasty and tells lies. This place is full of Eastern Europeans and Russians so I don’t know why tui advertise it. We were all inclusive but the food was shocking and the drinks just as bad, all catered for Egyptians and Eastern Europeans, also hand sanitizer one empty and the other hidden away so no one cleaned their hands straight from the beach or pool. Rooms very small with hardly any cupboard space and air conditioning very hit and miss. Very few sub beds around the pool, we did not get one all your 14 days only at night when the 24 hr. Pool bar served drinks with only a very few seats so we had to sit on a sun bed with our drinks ( very nice). Some days managed to get a beach sunbed but the sea was full of coral so without beach shoes you could easily cut your feet. At 6.30 pm prompt the whistle blew and everyone out of the sea and off the subbed. Evening entertainment room is not a very nice place looks like a large tent with gym equipment inside with kids playing on the equipment,some cars parked inside and most of all poor entertainment. The lobby area is the only place to get free wi fi which I ran a speed test and came up with 0.25 mbps, so at such a speed it was useless. The seating in the lobby was generally dirty and most of the time you could find people either with their feet on the chairs or even asleep so we nicknamed it the slobby. We were on a late flight home so when we checked out a 12 noon we were told that our all inclusive had finished and we would have to pay for food and drinks for the rest of the day until we left around 7.30pm we have been to dozens of all inclusive hotels but never come across this,also if we wanted a shower we would have to pay for towels and get showered in the pool area toilets, the lady at reception said this was the norm in hurrguarda but 6 months ago we were in a proper hotel in hurrguarda and we were looked after right up to our departure.We checked out the pool toilets to find the men’s and women’s had no doors to separate them and either gender could walk into each others area only separated by a shower curtain, I had to stand guard while my wife had a shower to keep men from walking in. Needless to say that when it was time to depart we we were glad to be rid of this 1 star dump.
