Mövenpick Waterpark Resort & Spa Soma Bay

We stayed at Mövenpick for 6 nights some time ago with my little family, and even though we left few weeks ago, I still feel I must write this review because the team was THAT good. *Ms. Nouran Solima “Noor”* – Was amazing! Great customer service, great problem-solving skills, and amazing at personalizing the service. She was anticipating our needs without us even asking and was always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family. *Chef Ahmed Hussain* – I have never met anyone like him. He was always present, I was even wondering if he ever takes a rest! He made sure the food was always amazing and that guests were enjoying it. He always made time to talk to us. *Chef Ahmed Abdullah* – Aside from the great food, he has outstanding people skills. He always directed me to the food I liked, which made me wonder how he knew my taste! Shukran Chef! *Mr. Zain (Restaurant Manager)* – Excellent customer service and great at complaint handling. *Mr. Omar (Outlets Manager)* – One of my favorite people in the hotel, he made our dining experience really enjoyable. *Mr. Nader, Mr. Islam & Mr. Abdullah Mohamed Alsayed* – Our favorite waiters! They took great care of us, always remembered our names, anticipated our needs, and my one-year-old daughter loved them. *Mr. Ali – HK Supervisor * – Thank you for taking such great care of our room and always going the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Mr. Mohamed Saad (HK Manager) - his welcome to us upon our arrival was heartwarming and his continued support through his team has made our stay great! *Mr. Mo’men – Recreation Team* – Thank you for the amazing experience at the aqua park and slides and for taking pictures for us. We really enjoyed it thanks to you. Mr. Mohamed Hussain (Buggy Driver) - his kind support and continuous availability to move transport us around the hotel from one area to another. And saving the best for last – *Mr. Jean – F&B Manager* – The best F&B Manager we have ever encountered. His team is an extension of his effectiveness. He was always present, I don't think he even took breaks, making sure every guest received excellent service. He works with true passion. He truly made our stay memorable. Thank you so much Mr. Jean! *To the Management – You have a dream team. We will definitely be back because of them.* ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to highly praise the excellent service we received from Mardy at the main restaurant during our stay at Mövenpick Soma Bay. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm, genuine smile. Thanks to his high standard of hospitality, every meal was a wonderful experience. He is a true asset to your team! Please pass on our biggest thanks and appreciation to him.

We stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel this summer. It’s a cozy hotel with English-speaking staff. We stayed in room 4134 — a comfortable room overlooking the pool, with daily housekeeping (a big thank you to Ahmed, who not only cleaned the room but also made towel animals. Our 2-year-old daughter absolutely loved them!). The restaurant offered a varied selection of food — one day, they even served grilled shrimp! We’d also like to give a huuuuuge thank you to Hossam Ashraf for his service in the restaurant. He became a real friend to us and our daughter — such a kind and lovely person. We also enjoyed the beach, which is sandy with a gentle entry into the water, as well as the water park, which features a great variety of slides. Highly recommended! :)

Nice hotel at the beach of Soma bay. Reception manager surprised me with upgraded room. Room cleaning is provided everyday. A lot of free sunbeds. It's quiet at night. A la carte restaurant Chao Guo have a pleasant atmosphere with great service. My dinner was hearty and varied. The desserts are amazing
