The perfect place to stay, Amazing service, very luxurious experience and EVERYONE is so nice, food is exceptional and the beach is great. Literally the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. The chef and restaurant manager are a delight, the animation team is great and exciting and they always do shows and plans for the guests

Our stay at Old Palace Hotel was truly wonderful From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome . The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful hotel grounds . You can really see that the team cares about making guests feel comfortable and happy We had a great holiday and would definitely be happy to visit Old Palace Hotel again

Many thanks as well to Ahmed and Khaled, the restaurant managers, for their outstanding support and hospitality. A huge shout-out to our wonderful Bar Team — Mina, Mahmoud, Amr, Hassan and Diaa. This is our 9th time at Old Palace Sahl Hasheesh Resort, and every time we come back, we are reminded why this place feels like home. ❤️ It is truly a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff, great service, and a warm atmosphere. We always enjoy our stay so much, and this time was no exception. We would especially like to mention some of the amazing people who always make a real difference: 🌟 mohamed Anwar &Mr Wael – Reception Mr wael always cares about the satistfaction of each and every person at the hotel& also Mohamed Anwar always such a genuinely friendly and cheerful person. He always does his very best to make sure we get the most suitable room, especially one with a beautiful view. His kindness and effort are truly appreciated. 🍽️ The Restaurant Team A big thank you to the whole restaurant team, and especially Chef Mahmoud El Tayeb, Megally, Maichel and Fahmy. The food has always been good during our previous stays, but this time, the variety was especially impressive. We really noticed the improvement and enjoyed the wide range of choices. We also want to thank Mr. Ahmed, the restaurant manager, for being such a supportive and professional person. The excellent service and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant are definitely a reflection of his efforts, together with those of the entire team. 🍹 The Bar Team A very special thank you to Mina, Mahmoud, and Amr. They are all incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their smiles and warm service always make our time at the bar even more enjoyable. 🎉 The Animation Team We would also like to give a special mention to the amazing animation team. They made a big difference to our stay by bringing so much energy, fun, and positive spirit every day. Today’s pool activity was absolutely amazing — truly wonderful! Everyone had such a great time, and the team’s enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable.
