Everything was great fun at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the cleaning team always kept everything spotless. It's impossible to get bored here. I went to the water park with my friends; it's definitely a perfect place for children. I'll definitely be back next year with my parents and siblings. It's a great place to enjoy with the family.

Last day today, as always sad to be going home tomorrow! We have stayed at this hotel and the jungle side many times but unlike Jungle side of the hotel, which is loud, manic and has become far too big and impersonal, the Alf side still holds on to the tranquil relaxation that I love about it. There are far too many people that made our holiday amazing, to be able to mention them all personally, but would like to thank our room cleaner who has made our room lovely everyday and we’ve had some amazing towel art, the lifeguards especially Omar Fathy who always had a warm welcome and made sure we had a bed, all the bars and restaurants staff for the endless food and drink we consumed, they all looked after us so well, a special thank you to Mr Ahmed Gammal for checking we had everything we needed everyday, a big shout out to Mokka, Emily, Sam, Selena and Nelson they are the best animation team we’ve met, they’re always so happy and entertaining, they also make time to speak to every single guest, unlike some teams we’ve met before that only speak to some of the guests. The biggest shout out goes to GM Mr Mohammed Youssef who makes every hotel he works at better, he puts 100% effort into everything he does, best GM we’ve ever met, you can tell all the staff highly respect him. We loved the Neverland show it’s the best it’s ever been, Ignore the picky negative reviews and check this place out for yourselves. Can’t wait to come back at Christmas.

Everything is great at this hotel. I've stayed in many hotels, but without a doubt, this one has been my favorite. I'll definitely be back. The Italian food is the best, the fire show is very entertaining, and we went to the water park, which has lots of rides. You definitely can't get bored at this hotel.✨
