I really can't say how nice this Hotel is. We have been all over the world and we have never enjoyed a holiday so much. And the reason for this is the brilliant attitude of all the hotel staff. When we arrived ( at about 1am) we were taken to a room that involved walking up two flights of stairs ( my wife is unable to get up stairs very well). We only spent the rest of the night there as in the morning the hotel moved us to a ground floor room. We were told that if we had e mailed the hotel they would have made sure we had a ground floor room to start with. No argument about changing rooms, and help to move our stuff. The reception staff were great. The rooms are quite nice, big walk in shower, big beds, and kept spotlessly clean by our cleaner, Ahmed. Only downer was that the hair dryer was quite poor. Take your own. The Tagine restaurant was the one we used the most, but there are others at the hotel, including one that does Indian and Chinese food which was very nice. We used the Tagine as it had a wide range of foods, and lovely staff. Special mentions to the chefs Mohamed Fahey and Ahmed Berry, who made sure that we ate exactly what we wanted and looked after us brilliantly. Also special mentions to Baha Shawky, Osama Ahmed, Eliwa Ramadan and Mustafa Abdel Rahman. These guys were so good in looking after us when we visited the Tagine. Thank you all. The hotel public areas were very clean and well staffed. There is a funfair and a big aqua park on site which would be great for kids ( even though we did not take any). There are, I think, 14 pools but we spent time at the pool near the Cubana bar as it we quiet and a nice depth just to stand in when the sun got too warm. The staff at the bar were very helpful and so were the lifeguards, who insisted on laying out our sunbeds for us. Denaaya was one who was very helpful. On the subject of sunbeds when we went in September there were loads free, and they include bean bags and big double-beds with covers. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss but there were live singers, musicians and dance groups as well as DJs with music to suit all tastes. The animation team were very friendly and spent lots of time with guests and were a mine of information. Special mention to Rebecca, Lucy and Youssef. These guys make things better every day. Overall the only downside is that the hotel is not beachfront, although they do a regular free bus. I would confidently say that this hotel would suit almost anyone who wants a good hotel, in a place that virtually guarantees unbroken sunshine. Everyone there on holiday had no complaints that we heard. We cant wait to get back there.

Very good hotel, staff were brilliant! Always friendly and saying hello. Staff are constantly cleaning, repairing and maintaining the hotel. You can use all 3 hotels amenities so have access to different restaurants, pools, waterslides, entertainment and shops. There is a funfair on the front which is all included but most things have a 90kg weight limit and scales at each ride for staff to check this. The buffet restaurants were ok, there is something for everyone! Not everything is labelled so can be difficult to see what you’re eating. There is a theme buffet restaurant which is Indian and Chinese with different dishes every night. Breakfast is ok, very minimal and not much hot options. Queues were long for eggs as there was only 1 egg station, same with the waffle/pankcake station. There is a bakery in aqua vista which we could use, serving fresh pastries, cakes and coffee all day. Room was good, had everything we needed, able to ask for extras including an iron. Room was quite dated with some broken cupboards but this didn’t affect our stay. Night time entertainment was good for children, with entertainment on from 8-10. The main show started at 10pm but usually lasted around 40 minutes. Overall this was a good stay with no real issues! Would recommend!

First time in Egypt and all I can say is Wow!! Hurguada has stolen mine and my families ♥️ We stayed in Aqua blu with access to all 3 hotels. Food, we dined at all restaurants, as with all, all inclusive food can seem repetitive, however we as a family of 5 didn’t struggle and we have fussy eaters!! Drinks, I had read reviews about the alcohol being not the best, the beer worked for us and the cocktails for others went down a treat. Whisky Sourz and Lucy specials in particular. Rooms - We had a room for 3 (5247) overlooking the wave pool area, great size for us and the other room (5258) again with a pool view, good size for 2. Mustafa our cleaner left our room sparkling everyday, fresh water, tea/coffee, a fruit plate and not to mention the wonderful towel animals - our 5 year old daughter was in awe!! Mohammad and Hassan at Cubana bar and red sky bar - amazing hospitality, drinks brought onthe loungers regularly, interaction with family wonderful. Lifegaurds at this area also, Mustafa, Deyaa and the orher regular guards were all fantastic too, great interaction. Tagine restaurant - Mustafa and the others welcomed us each time, had a table ready for us and always remembered what we drank!! Hospitality at its finest again!! Along with Baha and FBM manager (apologies ive forgotton his name) excellent service Lobby Bar star, Reception staff all amazing Aqua park - brilliant for all ages!! I couldnt find fault with this hotel during our stay, we had the most wonderful time!! Aqua Blu - Until Next Time 🫶🏻
