Great hotel, very clean and tidy, staff super friendly and will do anything for you

Amazing hotel really had the best time food was brilliant and the staff so friendly first time in Egypt definitely won’t be the last and will definitely stay with the chain again.

This is our second time at this wonderful hotel but unfortunately my wife had a fall and cut her head open. She was lay in a pool of blood when she was taken to the onsite clinic. Dr.Ahmed was completely professional and I can honestly say, he saved my wife’s life! She had stitches and was constantly monitored throughout the night. Her dressing was change every two days and stitches carefully removed after 10 days. This doctor (and nurse) are a credit to their profession and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Medical review; We are staying at this fantastic hotel with our two children. Unfortunately, our youngest son (2 years old) fell and hit his head, so we had to visit the medical center. We were well looked after by the doctor and the nurse! They were very friendly and provided excellent care; they really put my mind at ease. The prices are very high, though that isn't their fault—the most important thing is that your child is okay. Despite the language barrier, the doctor ensured the care provided was explained clearly and understandably.

Patrycja was super nice,kind and helpful. When i saw her i smile all the time. Everything was good nice and clean
