It was a great stay, we enjoyed our time!

We recently stayed at the Pickalbatros Blu Spa hotel and it has once again proven why we love returning here so much. This was already our 5th visit and everything was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a truly relaxing, adults-only hotel, this is the ultimate choice. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is exemplary and the food was incredibly delicious and varied. The atmosphere was peaceful, the service was absolutely outstanding and the entire stay was flawless. During our stay, we also had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the celebration of the hotel's 4th anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day as the hotel prepared an excellent entertainment program for the guests. We would like to express our huge gratitude to the whole team, but especially to a few specific individuals who made our stay truly exceptional: • A big thank you goes to the General Manager of the hotel, Mr. Hossam. It is clear that he leads the hotel brilliantly and with the utmost professionalism. Everything runs like clockwork. • Our next thank you goes to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Sayed Ibrahim. Thank you for his excellent care, willingness, and assistance whenever we needed anything. His professional approach was greatly appreciated. • Last but not least, we want to praise our housekeeper for room 1422, Haron Radwan. He cleaned our room perfectly and meticulously every single day. We absolutely love this hotel, highly recommend it and we will definitely be back again.

The Hotel was excellent. We had a sea view room (upgrade on a standard room) that was large, with a very good bathroom. Staff kept the room very clean every day. We did have an issue with the air-con but it was sorted within an hour of mentioning it to the reception staff with no fuss. There are 4 main outdoor pool areas and didn't matter when you went for a sunbed as there was always some spare - no need for the dreaded early bagging carry on at other hotels. There was also a beach with loads of sunbeds available. All areas had someone going round asking if you needed any drinks from 10:00am - guys were all good and regularly came round. The main restaurant was very good for all meals, never too noisy and had outside seating if preferred. Good choice of food and great quality. Again waiter service at your table if needed and plates cleared regularly. Options at night for 2 other restaurants that could be used without booking of you fancied a change of scenery. Also one a-la-carte restaurant that you could book once while on holiday - we tried it and it was good as well. Main lobby bar was great and again staff regularly out to serve drinks as required. This area had an amazing pastry/ cake area where you could help yourself if you felt hungry - it was open all day. Overall the staff were excellent and friendly and happy to help where they could, cant remember all the names but some to mention Ahmed and Ali in the bar, Samwell at the larger pool area - apologies for those names I forgot. There were also guest relations people who came around and asked if you needed anything - we got good information on things we asked about, There is also an indoor pool that you can use, we didn't but it was lovely and an option for a quiet time in cooler air if needed. We didn't use the Spa but it also looked good. Entertainments through the day if you fancied them (water gym, Yoga, Darts, Volleyball etc) and decent entertainment at night till around 10:30pm. There was a Disco from 11:00pm till 2 in the morning for those keen for more and then bar stayed open till later if needed (all part of the inclusive package). As a couple we had a great time, very relaxed and chilled out - what we needed.

The hotel is super clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling and in a great mood! Special thanks to Ahmad from the lobby bar for his amazing service! The buffet food was really good, with plenty of delicious options. The beach is beautiful! The water is crystal clear and shallow, making it perfect for swimming and relaxing. You also get a nice sense of privacy on the beach, which is a big plus! Overall, a wonderful experience!
