Rixos Premium Magawish Bay View

Rixos has been such an amazing luxury experience. The service is incredible, the food is delicious, with so many options, there is something for everyone. The rooms are impeccable, modern design and kept to a high standard. The sushi at the Asian restaurant was so delicious! And I was served by a lovely lady Rawan. The Indian restaurant was OK, I think the lamb and chicken were slightly overcooked and the service was slower, but other than that, a good experience. Would definitely consider coming back as there's still so much to explore!

Let me start by saying that I have been traveling to Egipt 10 years never have I experienced such treatment as at Magawish. We checked out at 8 am in the morning, our flight was night hence our pick up was late. We stayed on hotel teritory at 5 pm our family was already at reception waiting for pick up. Nobody approached, 20 mins before the pick up the reception manager came and said we need to pay 200usd because we stayed longer, JUST BECAUSE WE STAYED IN THE HOTEL LOBY, we were forced to pay 200 usd, they threatened us they do not give us the luggage and they will not allow us leave before we pay, so I can say they made us hostages. I reviewed all Rixos policy no such thing exist, as we did the check out even earlier, the reception from Rixos Magawish frauded us. Stay away from this hotel if you do not want to ruin your vacation

We had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with very few children. Everything was clean and hygienic, and the staff were lovely. A special mention goes to our waiter, Manssoor Mohammed—such a kind and wonderful man! He was always helpful and friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. A lovely place to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay!
