Very nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We especially enjoyed our dinner at the à la carte Salt restaurant, where Muhammed was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give 5 stars as Rixos is such a high end hotel. However due to the price we do expect certain things (we have also stayed at Rixos Seagate before, and it was perfect!) Food was very tasty, many different a la cart restaurants (we did not even manage to visit all of them), many pools, large and clean hotel area including nice reception. Fresh juices included. Clean, spacious and modern room. Nice entertainment at night. Great kids club. Good lightning throughout the whole hotel area. However two things that unfortunately stood out negatively: 1: The bathroom.. it did not hold up to the standard I would except from Rixos. Our bathroom did not feel finished. There was no towel hangers next to the sink, only at the shower area. So whenever we washed our hands at the sink, we had to go to the shower to dry them. There was only a small table (same table from the beach) to store our things. No vanity unit at all. There was no proper shower head fixed to the wall. When washing our hair, its easier to use both hands and not having to use one hand to hold the shower head. This should be a standard in a 5 star hotel. If the bathroom indeed was not finished, why did we pay full price? (I do realize this are all luxury problems, but we did pay a luxury price..) 2: The staff. Unfortunately the staff did not seem as friendly as we experienced at Rixos Seagate. I felt they were overtired, maybe working too many hours and have low energy. However, this was not everyone in the staff. The female staff in my opinion was always very friendly. Some further suggestions: - Would be nice to have a small slide in one of the kids pools for the younger kids. - I was missing an updated resort map plan inlcuding the Bay Area (Until today I have no idea were each pool was, or if I missed out spots in the hotels to visit). - Have information regarding activities, evening program etc. available in an app or the TV, not only the reception (the hotel is so big, you don't go to the reception all the time).
