A huge thank you to Sami El Nemr from Beach Bar 2 for the amazing service! Every morning, he welcomed us with a big smile and surprised us with delicious cocktails, iced coffees, Mojitos, and other refreshing drinks. You can really tell that Sami does his job with passion and genuinely cares about his guests. He was always friendly, attentive, and in a great mood, making us feel welcome every single day. His excellent service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you, Sami, for taking such great care of us and making our mornings at the beach even more enjoyable. You are doing an amazing job!

Overall my experience was so good words will not do it justice, as an avid traveler I’ve learned where places can cut corners or make things seem better than they actually are. Not here!! This resort is truly 10/10 experience. The service at this resort is like no other, they genuinely want the best possible for you. The golf carts come to bus stops around the grounds very often. A special shout out to Mohamed Metwaly who drives the nighttime golf carts, not only was he beyond kind he was extremely funny and made the ride every night something to look forward to. He gave Rixos a great name and reputation in my opinion. As for the food (that’s what everyone wants to know) the buffet was good, it is an all inclusive resort don’t expect the best food ever but it was good. The speciality restaurants however were DELICIOUS. Exceeded my expectations completely. *important note: the second you acquire your room number, scan the QR code on the back of the card room holder and make all the specialty dinning reservations right away. This is because they get fully booked every night and you need to be fast. Indian cuisine was my favorite. In terms of beaches I made the mistake by going to the first beach in front of my eyes. The best beach on the property with soft sand and no rocks or waves is the beach after the cabanas. It’s located in front of Le crème and the people restaurant. You will not regret it! The service at this resort was so good, I could right a review on a plethora of workers. Lina and Tota at the spa were so kind and made me feel like I was family not a guest. I made a whole review just on Sami El Nemr from beach bar 2 — he was outstanding. The cleanliness is my last point, I’ve never seen such up keep in my life. The constant cleaning all day, and the freshness that surrounds you, it’s perfection. No bugs or mosquitoes on the property. The Infiniti pool was so nice with a perfect view of the beach and 18+ which was really nice. It really is paradise there, I would only recommend this hotel to friends back at home. You won’t find another place like it.

The best Turkish breakfast, pleasant and friendly service, they will bring you whatever you need right away. I highly recommend at least trying it.
