Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort & Spa

We’ve just returned from our stay at Royal Lagoons Resort and honestly, we had such a lovely time. We’re already missing the sunshine and wishing we were back! We really enjoyed our room. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday. When we first arrived, we noticed the balcony door wasn’t locking properly, but we reported it and maintenance was there within five minutes to sort it out. We really appreciated how quickly it was dealt with and how responsive the team were. We enjoyed the food throughout our stay and always found something we fancied. There was a good variety to choose from, and we could always find a good place to sit. The location was another big plus. It’s conveniently close to the airport, which makes transfers nice and easy, with shops and restaurants nearby too. The marina is also reasonably close, making it easy to get out and explore Hurghada without feeling too far away from the resort. A very special mention to Makarios, who genuinely made our holiday extra special. ❤️ He went out of his way to look after us, always made sure we were seen and taken care of and made us feel like a priority. It was the little things that made such a difference and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out, and we’re so grateful for the effort he put into making our stay memorable. The staff as a whole deserve so much recognition. They work incredibly hard and you can see how much effort goes into looking after guests. So many of the team were friendly, welcoming and attentive, and their hard work really shouldn’t go unnoticed. We had a fantastic stay and came away with some really special memories. It’s the people who can make a holiday and the team at Royal Lagoons certainly helped make ours memorable. I think with any hotel, if you go looking for things to pick at, you’ll probably find them, but personally, I absolutely loved our stay. I’m quite particular when it comes to cleanliness, and I can honestly say the standard was more than good enough for me. Everyone has different expectations when travelling, but for us, the atmosphere, the staff and the overall experience made it a holiday we’ll look back on fondly. A huge thank you to Makarios and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and looked after. We would happily recommend Royal Lagoons Resort, it is excellent value for money, there is something for everyone. We would love to return as soon as is possible! I was here only me and my son we have so much fun and my son was playing and active in aqua pool with slides and stuff like this also kids club around pool so was good to spend time for him about thx a lot we probably come again

Currently here on holiday. Hotel is brilliant staff are very very polite and happy. Entertainers team are fantastic very good at there job and always kind and happy to help and join in. Restaurant staff member Jamal is 5 star. He is such a great guy. If your looking for a good holiday at fair price with weather gorgeous hotel surroundings and kind people. Come here !!! Miss Mango is a great girl Who makes your stay here verry good. The entertainment is great over all. The hotel is the best. I went here 3 times and I want to come back
