Shout out houssam front desk best host ever best hotel completely changed my opinion on visiting Egypt I’ll be back ! Keleppa margirata favourite drink on the menu

I went to Serry Beach resort for my 20th birthday and had no issues whatsoever. Micheal behind the bar at the beach club/mexican restaurant had amazing customer service. He went out of his way to make us ‘special’ cocktails and mocktails and made myself and my partners trip. All restaurants were amazing and atmosphere was brilliant. 100% recommend.

This is the best resort. Highly recommended. The service was excellent. Every staff member greats you and goes above and beyond. The food was also excellent with a wide range of variety. There was also a lot of entertainment with excursions available on separate days. 10/10 experience. The duty manager Basin was also very helpful. Jimmy also gave us a great experience and was very helpful

Amazing staff as they can't do enough for you, excellent service from start to end. shout out to Hesham Mahmoud and Said Ahmad at the pool, they were absolutely incredible, no need to wait for towels or drinks as we got them on the spot. We were so lucky to even listen to Hesham's Beautiful Arabic singing..Honestly they made our 2 weeks extra special. Thanks so much..The only criticism I have is no air conditioning in the dining room, getting all dressed up with a full face of make up, which just melted away as sitting in 40 degrees heat and sweating away. 😂🤣❤️❤️

Khaled Gamal amazing customer service, serry beach was honestly amazing. Nothing short of 5 star, best service and friendliest staff , even in the scorching heat!
