We had a fantastic stay. The aqua park was so much fun. The rooms were large and clean, but it could a little noisy in the morning with staff moving tables and chairs around. The staff were fabulous and couldn't enough to help from the moment we arrived. I needed help sourcing some painkiller s and the reception staff were so helpful vThey were vigilant about safety and came out to check out taxi drivers credentials when we were going on a trip. Would stay again if we return to Hurghada

I loved this hotel so much and the animation team was great, especially Nataly. She always helped when we needed something and kept us entertained. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is perfect! The rooms were very clean and big.
