Highly recommend hotel and service. All really nice, food, drinks and amazing service. Special appreciation for waiter Hany foe a great service. Great cleaner Ismail making sure everyday that we have all we need in our room.

We’ve had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff have been brilliant throughout, and our cleaner has been absolutely fantastic, everything has been kept clean and tidy, and we’ve felt very well looked after. A special mention has to go to Luca from the animation team. He has been fantastic! He is so friendly and helpful and always makes the effort to say hello with a big smile whenever he sees us. It’s such a small thing, but it genuinely makes you feel welcome and comfortable and has made our stay that little bit more special. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday such an enjoyable experience. ❤️

Another Good Holiday at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, Staff are very friendly and do a great job. Waiter service on both beach and by pools are good, could do with another staff member as only one waiter at a time but still good. Food no issues and good selection. Room kept clean and tidy. Only negative was that the pool area isn't big enough for the amount of guests and this is an issue as people reserve sun loungers early (5am 😳) so all best spots taken and you feel like your sitting on each other, the way to get around this is by either hotel extending pool to wear the grass area as this is the major problem with the Hotel as everything else is good standard.

Our 4 visit to our second home… it’s true what they say… the staff make this place what it is…. Where do I start … Was hoping to see the lovely guy at the beach bar this year again but was his time off but was looked after by mohamad who was working first class looking after all the guests at the beach bar and beach… and in this heat which was 36-38 most days is hard work… we always appreciate how hard everyone works and a thank you and a please goes a long way…. The manager who looks h the bar always bringing drinks to everyone aswell… the towel men always had a smile and was there if we needed anything… the receptionist check in was very easy… I hand emailed the hotel a few weeks before asked if we could have the same room 3023.. sea view at an extra cost and well worth it and yes a little dated but love a bath and that’s a big bonus to me…our cleaner looked after our room and was happy with him and the effort he put in.. we like the space in the room which is a added bonus… we did use a family family as we wanted a shower after the last few hours in the sun and that was spacious aswell… always polite on reception and as these guys are your first port of call that’s how it should be…the gentleman who we remembered from last year who served us in the lobby bar .. always smiling … I will be posting pics so you know who everyone are… his smile and happiness says it all… Now to the food… the head chef … what a absolutely gem of a man.. wanting to prepare dishes for me as we are regulars and looking after us… the food standard this year was another level… lamb,chicken,duck,fish, salads galore, deserts so many… if you can’t find something you like I will be very surprised…all the restaurants managers and staff were friendly and making sure we were happy… the beach and jetty we love … I did walk a lot here and felt very safe …all the gardeners and cleaners were always polite and it’s all about team work that makes a fab hotel… yes the drinks sometimes were a bit hit and miss but we don’t go there for drinking it’s all about location and food and what tropitel have to offer… only saw one night of entertainment and it was ok … would we return … YES… we have been visiting hurghada now for over 14 years… we hired a golfing buggy aswell and went round the local area..stunning.. 20 pounds for the hour… have to say all the toilet areas are very clean and sanitation stations available which we used everyday….please see pics below….
