Falcon Naama Star

Not long back from a lovely 2 weeks here in the Falcon Naama Star hotel, this is as described a basic 3 star hotel so no the rooms are not modern but they are comfortable and have what you need, if you booked love holidays and did not pay extra for a balcony - terrace you will not get one and will have to pay more if you really want one as the standard room with garden view and balcony does not have a balcony. no kettle in room but does have tv and hair dryer. The hotel itself was a little run down in areas but i was fine with that for what we had paid for the 2 weeks we spent here and had already read the reviews so didnt expect 5* accommodation. The staff are amazing, the restaurant Manager Osama, what a GEM this man is, he always greeted you with a smile, remembered every guests name, helped when you needed a pharmacy he even called ahead so they would know what we required. He had food made for us on the fish night as we really couldnt eat fish. Hes a wonderful person and i couldnt thank him more for his help. Hattim the pool lifeguard, sunbed man, well what can you say every day he put our towels out in the same place for us, let us use any creams he had in his hut as we were running out and again he would help with almost everything you needed in that respect. The bar staff and restaurant staff all very kind and helpful and again a smile was always there from all the staff. The entertainment is basic but my son enjoyed it. The hotel is in a prime location for any trips you want to do we did loads booked INDRIVE for taxi which was around 200 - 300 EGP per trip we needed, we visited Soho Square, ice bar, old market, sharks bay - Elfanar, snorkled there saw Nemo and Dori, amazing. went on a boat trip to white island with Crazy shark, swam with the dolphins at Dolphina park and went quad biking in the dark. Picked up a fair few bargains in Naama bay at the shops and did indeed buy stuff from the fixed price store too. We ate in old Egypt market at Apples and the food was awesome so was the staff there. I only wish the pool bar was open later along side the entertainment as was strange leaving the pool side to go to reception bar to get the drinks, so maybe rethink that idea people who want the quiet can go to the bar and the ones who want the entertainment music etc could still be in the middle of all that when ordering their drink. But all in all a fantastic holiday lovely staff and will defo be booking here again next year Dont forget to leave all your half used creams what a lovely idea we left all ours as needed space and weight in the case for all our goodie we purchased.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Falcon Naama Star Hotel in Egypt! The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the atmosphere was amazing. The hotel has a great location and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday. A special thanks to the animation team for making our stay unforgettable! 🎉 They were very friendly, energetic, and entertaining. The activities and evening shows were great, and they always made sure everyone had a good time. The animators brought so much positive energy to the hotel! Thank you for the amazing experience! We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. ❤️🌴

Our second stay here at falcon naama star and what a holiday from start to finish. Massive shout out to Luza mohand and Essa the animation team for amazing entertainment from morning till night. Great energy and great fun. There are so many people to mention but I can’t write a review without mentioning Osama the restaurant manager. Goes above and beyond for everyone
