We had a great stay at JAZ Sharm Dreams. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of pools and activities to enjoy. The aquapark was a great bonus, and the beach is very close. The food was varied and tasty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! 😊

Very different from when we stayed in may.we returned as in may it was great,things were different this time.the staff even appologised for the behavier of the children there this time,the adults were just as bad,they would take chairs away in dinning room and even cuttlery off your table,around the pool they moved your possesions to get on sunloungers,the pool staff were telling them its not good behavier but they did not take any notice.we went from this hotel to jazz ferouz 13 kilometres away and it was totally different.well behaved customers,better food.waiter service to your table for lunch from 12 midday to 5pm,so disapointed at jazz dreams and how it had changed in 5 months !!

Good location, food was ok, bar was ok , you don t need to go to the beach because of the pools, where we had Khaled, our lifeguard who was more like a friend . In restaurant we met Zakaria , hall manager, best host ever , we don t miss anything , all good, drinks after drinks, we are very thankful!
