We stayed at Radamis Hotel with my wife and our child from August 15 to 18, 2026. The hotel felt very new, and the rooms were beautifully designed. We stayed in a room on the beach side, which was very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff at the reception were very helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the staff member who assisted us during check-in, but we really appreciated his help and friendly approach. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available both at the buffet and à la carte restaurants. However, making a reservation and finding a table at the à la carte restaurants was a little difficult. The aquapark was incredibly fun, and we especially enjoyed spending time there with our child. It was also very well thought out to have equipment available on the pier by the sea, which made our beach experience even more enjoyable. The Rixy Kids Club was particularly impressive. A special thank you to Naim, Aleksandra, Abdurrahman, and all the other team members working there. They were wonderful with our child and made the experience even more enjoyable. The animation team was also fantastic and contributed greatly to the overall atmosphere of the holiday. Overall, Radamis Hotel is a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. It is definitely one of the places we would consider visiting again. Many thanks to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Terrible service. Staff are rude, not the service we’ve experienced at other Rixos hotels across the world. Although it’s a big hotel the rooms are tiny and dirty. Cheaper hotels in Sharm have better service and rooms. Don’t book directly and don’t use TUI as neither party cares.
