SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort Grand Select

Just returned from our second stay at this hotel. First impression of the hotel is a very clean and welcoming, the staff can’t do enough for you. Rooms are a very good size with large bathrooms with a rain water shower. We had a swim up room with was right in front of the main pool which can be very noisy during the day, with loud music being played from 9am, ask for a room change to a quieter area which we was given the following day. We stay in block 9, room 9116. Which had a very large patio with sun loungers and table and chairs, bonus of 2 further loungers in the pool. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily. There are plenty of restaurants to and bars to eat and drink, food is always delicious. Main pool bar has fantastic staff especially Mohammed who keeper us throughly hydrated throughout our stay, the lifeguard Mohammed can to our room daily to change our towels and clean our sunglasses. Tarek who works in the Basillica restaurant is the best really friendly. He looked after us most nights at dinner. All staff at this hotel really can’t do enough for and great you every day with a smile. Pools are clean and a good size, the main family pool has daily entertainment and activities going on. There is a pool with water slides but we didn’t use them. Would we go back again? Yes definitely already looking to book for next year. It’s a five star hotel with a 7 star service in my opinion, the staff are what make this hotel what it is.

Wow, what a stay! The staff here can’t do enough for you. There’s far too many to name but a few standouts I want to mention. (I hope they get to see this too!) Adults pool - Mahmoud and Hossam. The most friendly pool staff you could hope for. They go above and beyond to ensure the stay is as comfortable as possible. Reserving towels, making great towel designs, making fantastic drinks (all brought to the sunbed) and even put the umbrellas up/down for you. The staff here ensure you don’t have to do anything. I’ll miss them as they’ve been amazing and I wish nothing but the best for them The rooms - Ahmed (block 8) has been incredible. Very friendly, always saying hello and asking what he can do. The cleaning is top standard and he goes above and beyond with some amazing towel designs as pictured below. He's the upmost professional Catering - Sherif the chef in Gamila restaurant is the epitome of service with a smile. He’s laughing all day despite long hours and always welcomes you in with open arms This is a great hotel with great staff. They work incredibly hard to ensure a stay of luxury. The food is also brilliant with a huge variety of buffet and 5 onsite restaurants (with no limit). The Italian and Egyptian in particular were personal faves. The drinks selection is good, with many cocktails on menus throughout the hotels (probably around 25 with options for "specials" if you fancy something different"). Only snag is limited beer options but they have one draught option in most bars. Oasis pool could do with draught pump rather than cans Thank you Sunrise and thank you Hossam, Mahmoud, Ahmed and Sherif!

I had a really great experience at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort, and one of the things that made our stay even more enjoyable was the amazing animation team. A special thank you to Eliana, who was honestly one of the most active, friendly, and energetic members of the team. She was always smiling, engaging with guests, and making sure everyone was having a good time. Her positive energy really made a difference and brought a great atmosphere to the resort. She was always ready to involve us in the activities and made everything feel fun and welcoming. Thank you, Eliana, for your amazing energy and for making our stay more memorable! Also, a big thank you to the entire animation team for their hard work and for keeping everyone entertained throughout the day. We truly enjoyed our time at Sunrise Diamond and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

We had a really lovely stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely pools and a beach, and there was plenty of choice when it came to food, although very repetitive. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere around the resort. The animation team were amazing, friendly and brought a lot of energy to the days and evenings with lots of activities. The coral reef was a highlight. We saw so many fish snorkelling right by the hotel, even more than we saw on a boat trip! We had a great holiday and would happily come back to this hotel.
