Sunrise Remal Beach

I want to share my experience with 3 members of Sunrise Remal Resort staff they went over and beyond for my granddaughter and ourselves Sedeek, Ebrahim & Alla this is our first time in Egypt and loved every moment because of these guys, bringing drinks to our Sunbed or sitting in the lobby bar making towel moneys crocodiles etc absolutely love you guys. To you manager please give them a promotion as they went above and beyond they are a great value to your resort.you’ll never get 3 great guys on your team. Lots of love the Lurinsky family xx

Me and my partner had the most incredible of holidays. We cannot be anymore grateful to all the staff at the hotel, from the bar staff to the room staff, the lifeguards, and every other team. Everyone set an incredible standard in hospitality. We were welcomed all throughout our holiday by the enthusiastic staff who stopped at nothing to make sure our time there was the best. A special thank you to El Sayed, Mahmoud, Mohammed, Ahmed, Ebraham from the bar team, Omar who’s been tidying our room and leaving amazing towel art, Frederico from the entertainment team, and all the independent shop staff who are so lovely but especially Adam who owns the papyrus shop. Every single one of you made our trip that extra bit special and we can’t thank you enough! It truly is an amazing place and the perfect resort the stay. It has been an eye opening experience in the best possible way would recommend to anyone.

we had the most amazing time here! all the staff are incredibly lovely and cannot do enough for you! the service was brilliant, there was lots of food options and restaurants to choose from. the papyrus shop in the hotel is incredible! Adam is a lovely man and very knowledgeable with amazing pieces. we got a few bits from him and he even invited us back just for a cup of tea! he's a wonderful asset to the hotel! definitely worth more than one visit to see his wonderful artwork and his gracious hospitality!

Hotel is lovely all staff are so friendly and especially Adam who has a little shop full of amazing art work! Kids loved the pools and the beach is just perfect!

Just returned from 7 days at Remal Resort. From the very moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Shebl the concierge was particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him, if you needed something he's the man. Also Muhammad the towel guy and all the bar staff and restaurant staff were great. Also our cleaner who did a fantastic job cleaning the room everyday (1126). The hotel itself is lovely and clean with good facilities. We only managed to eat in the optional Mexican and Arabic restaurants as you have to book early to get a table. Pool nice and big with a swim up bar and good entertainment throughout the day. Never an issue getting a sunbed. We visited the beach a few times using the bus but it's walkable too. Lovely beach with use of the beach bar and towels included. A small pier takes you out to allow snorkeling as entering the sea from the beach is slightly rocky. Entertainment good at night. Enjoyed Carnival night at Tal Avenue where you are taken by coach (5 minutes) and we enjoyed the pool party. We did the 1 day Cairo trip by plane which we highly recommend and the Desert Safari which was also very good. As others said take mozzy spray! It was also very hot but the air-conditioning in the hotel and room were perfect. Room was good size. We had king size bed and a single. Plenty of wardrobe space but not enough hangers. Mini fridge topped up everyday. All in all a great holiday and we would highly recommend this hotel.
