This was our 8th visit to this hotel since 2023 so that says alot, we love everything about this resort although this time we stayed on the beach everyday as the pools were very busy which didn't bother us as the beach is stunning the sea was warm and the snorkeling is amazing little tip take water shoes, the food is excellent never had any stomach issues which alot of people say they do. The staff are lovely they work really hard but we did notice this time that the service was alot slower in the main restaurant at breakfast time it took a long time to get a cup of tea most mornings which wasn't a big issue as we just went to the lobby bar and got a lovely coffee. The service on the beach wasn't as good as other times and we do like to tip but that could of been down to it being busy. The resort itself is beautiful and location is perfect it's just 15mins from the airport. The a la carte restaurants are lovely my favorites are the Italian and the Asian which is payable but very reasonable and the food is delicious. There was one thing we did this visit for the first time which was use the laundry service and it was so worth it, very reasonable prices and my washing came back perfect I will definitely be doing that again. We have booked to return this December to celebrate new year which we haven't done before and we cant wait to return to this beautiful resort, so see you next time sensatori.

We travelled as a couple for seven nights during the second week of September and had an absolutely amazing time. We’re already planning to return next year – and next time we’ll definitely be doing 10 nights because a week just wasn’t long enough! Our room We had booked a standard one-bedroom family room with sliding doors, as this was all that was available at the time of booking. As we were travelling as a couple without children, I emailed the hotel beforehand and asked if it would be possible to have a quiet room in the main building rather than near the children’s pool. The hotel very kindly honoured our request and we were so grateful. We had a lovely quiet room in the main building with a fantastic panoramic view over the pool and out to sea. It was perfect. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, and the pillows were like marshmallows! I normally take my own pillow on every holiday, but when we return I genuinely won’t bother taking it. The room had loads of wardrobe space, spare pillows and duvets, tea and coffee-making facilities, a kettle, a large TV, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, robes and slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion. It had lovely armchair and footstool. We took our Amazon Fire Stick, which plugged into the TV and worked brilliantly. The fridge wasn’t particularly cold, but that really didn’t bother us. Bottled water and drinks were replenished daily. The balcony was spacious, although we didn’t actually use it very much. The shower over the bath was excellent – really powerful, consistently hot and none of that annoying hot/cold fluctuation you sometimes get in hotels. A couple of tips: The hairdryer deserves a special mention! It was a Parlux – the professional brand used in salons and actually the same make I have at home. No holding your finger down on a button, a proper smoothing nozzle and really powerful. I was amazed! You genuinely do not need to bring your own hairdryer. The only thing I struggled with slightly was the lighting for doing my makeup. There are lots of lights in the room, but I found the easiest solution was to put my little travel mirror beside one of the reading lights next to the bed. So I’d recommend bringing a small freestanding/travel mirror. Another tip: bring a cardigan or shawl if, like me, you feel the cold with air conditioning. Outside it was absolutely roasting, but I found the air-conditioned bars and restaurants freezing! The air conditioning is incredibly efficient. Obviously this is personal preference, but I was very glad I’d brought a cardigan for the evenings. The room air conditioning was equally powerful. Even on its lowest setting we found it too cold to sleep with it running, so we turned it off overnight and slept under a sheet, which was absolutely fine for us. Pools and atmosphere Considering this is a family hotel, we hardly saw or heard any children. This may partly have been because we travelled during the second week of September when most children were back at school, but we also loved how cleverly the hotel is divided into different areas. The main restaurant has an adults’ section, and we really appreciated being able to eat there. We spent most of our time around the adults-only pool because our idea of a holiday is peace, quiet and relaxation. Sunbeds were a little harder to get there, whereas there always seemed to be plenty around the main pool. We had worried beforehand that the main activity pool might have loud, thumping music going all day, but it wasn’t like that at all. I even joined in with the aqua aerobics, which was brilliant! That’s one of the things this hotel gets so right. If you want peace and quiet, you can find it. If you want activities and a little more going on, you can have that too. Beach and sea The beach is beautiful and sandy, but bring beach shoes. As you walk into the sea and once you’re in the water, it becomes quite rocky underfoot, so beach shoes will make getting in and out much easier. The sea was incredibly warm – absolutely gorgeous! There’s a jetty where you can go out to snorkel. We didn’t actually do it this time because my husband isn’t the strongest swimmer, but it’s something we’re determined to try when we return next year. We’d brought our own snorkelling equipment, including my husband’s full-face snorkel mask, but it never made it out of the suitcase! If you enjoy snorkelling, I’d definitely suggest bringing your own mask/snorkel with you. Another little tip that might save you wandering around with sandy feet: there is a shower on the beach where you can rinse the sand off your feet and body, but it isn’t immediately obvious depending on which part of the beach you’re using. It’s next to the aquarium/dive centre and, as far as we could see, it’s the only beach shower. If you’re sitting at the end of the beach nearest the adults’ area/Ivo Beach, you may not realise it’s there. You need to walk further along the beach towards the aquarium centre to find it. Food – WOW! The food was absolutely amazing. The choice in the main restaurant was unreal. You get three visits to the à la carte restaurants during a week’s stay, but we enjoyed the main restaurant so much that we actually didn’t use any of ours! There was so much variety, particularly the different vegetables, and everything was clearly labelled. There were options for gluten-free diets, vegans and vegetarians, and just an enormous choice generally. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious. I kept eating even when I was full because everything was so yummy! For lunch, we particularly loved the little food court. The noodles and paninis were so good that we ate there most days and didn’t even get around to trying the Tiran restaurant at lunchtime. That’s one reason we’re gutted we only booked seven nights. When we return next year, we’re planning 10 nights so we can actually try more of the restaurants and eateries! Drinks We thought the drinks were perfectly good. There was a huge cocktail menu – much bigger than we’ve experienced at many other all-inclusive hotels. We’re not particularly big drinkers, but I had white wine as a spritzer, which was nice, and also gin and tonic. My husband thought the beer was perfectly drinkable too. Staff and service The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, polite and welcoming. One thing we particularly appreciated was the complete lack of hard selling. We’ve stayed at other five-star resorts in Egypt where you can barely relax around the pool without somebody repeatedly trying to sell you spa treatments or excursions. We didn’t experience that here at all, and it made such a difference. Our room was kept lovely and clean, and there are some really thoughtful little touches. You receive a complimentary beach bag, and fresh pool towels are delivered to your room every evening. Such a simple idea, but we loved it. Gym A special mention for Mahmoud in the gym. What an absolute asset he is to this hotel! My husband used the gym every day and Mahmoud created a personal fitness programme for him. He found this incredibly helpful and genuinely felt as though he had made a friend in Mahmoud by the end of the holiday. What a lovely, lovely guy. Thank you, Mahmoud! Entertainment We really enjoyed the entertainment. I’ve seen reviews comparing it to Butlins, but really – what do people expect? It’s holiday entertainment and a bit of fun! The TUI entertainment team were great and there were some really talented dancers. We watched singing and dancing shows, as well as visiting acts. We saw a Gary Barlow tribute act who was great and a comedian who was absolutely fantastic. Entertainment finishes around midnight, so this probably isn’t the hotel for someone looking to party into the early hours. For us, however, the balance was just right. There’s also a lovely little coffee shop down by the beach, which we really enjoyed – and it was wonderfully cool inside when you wanted a break from the heat! Mosquitoes Finally, something I was really worried about before travelling: mosquitoes! I normally get eaten alive, so I arrived armed with repellents and every lotion and potion imaginable. I ended up not needing any of them because I didn’t get bitten once. Maybe I was just lucky, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Transfers, airport and a great tip for your last day The transfer from Sharm airport was really quick. We travelled on the TUI coach and happened to be the first drop-off, but it only took around 20 minutes. For us, there really wouldn’t have been any benefit in paying extra for a private transfer. We had read about all the additional security checks at Sharm airport and were expecting the journey home to be a bit of an ordeal, but actually it wasn’t as bad as we’d anticipated. One really useful thing to know if you have a late flight is that when you check out, you can ask reception about using a courtesy room later in the day. We were given a room for 30 minutes free of charge so that we could have a shower and get changed before leaving for the airport. This was absolutely fantastic and meant we could enjoy our last day properly rather than having to spend the afternoon feeling hot and sticky waiting for our transfer. Such a great service and definitely worth asking reception about if you have a late departure. Would we return? 100% yes! It’s obvious from the number of returning guests that this hotel has a very loyal following, and after staying here we completely understand why. For us, they’ve got the balance just right. You can find peace and quiet when you want it, but there are also activities and entertainment when you fancy something more lively. The food was fantastic, our room and view were lovely, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the staff were wonderful. Our biggest regret was only booking seven nights! We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be returning next year – but this time for 10 nights. Thank you for a fantastic week!

We’ve been home a week now and missing the sun and the friends we’ve made at the hotel over our last 4 visits. We had a fantastic time again, shout out to Mahmoud Mahmoud Sayed Reda Mohamed Elmansy and all the other staff for keeping the drinks flowing and for the laughs! We stayed in room 3236 and have to say thank you to our room cleaner Mohamed Gomga who kept our room tidy, always on time with pool towels and decorated the room for my birthday 🎂 also our friends in the main restaurant Mohamed Kamel & Ebrahem Elshamy for keeping the tea flowing 🤣 see you all soon ☀️✈️🇪🇬

We stayed here for 7 nights in an adults area 1st floor room overlooking the pool. The room was nice, if not a little tired, and annoyingly we had to visit reception to re program our key cards 4 times over the course of the week. We didn’t like the shower over the bath but the cleaning staff kept the room spotless throughout our stay along with topping up the inclusive mini bar, leaving bottled water and changing the beach towels every day without fail. Having an iron in the room along with robes and slippers was also nice. What this hotel does really well is cater for any dietary requirements and having branded alternatives to dairy at the bars and buffet was great for us. Similarly the restaurants also catered for gluten intolerance and provided various options for guests as we witnessed chefs making food specifically to cater for individual needs. We dined at the three a la cartes and found them all to be nice and impressive by all inclusive standards. The food in the buffet restaurant had a good variety of dishes to suit most tastes and what we tried tasted nice. The alcoholic drinks were ok (although we weren’t keen on the beer) and by AI standards on the better side of average. We found the entertainment to be quite good although we experienced better with the daily tribute acts at the Fethiye resort a few years ago. Don't expect a party atmosphere into the early hours as it’s quite laid back and dies off around midnight. As many have commented the staff do make this resort and are always on hand to replace your drink, offer assistance or even clean your sunglasses! We found a large percentage of guests were repeat visitors who have been multiple times and we can understand why because for the cost and what the hotel offers at this level it is very good.

I’m not usually one to come on a write a review on places I have stayed but genuinely I felt I owed it to this beautiful hotel. We have just got back home this morning and truthfully me and my husband would go back in a heartbeat. I mirror loads of people’s reviews below but what sets this hotel apart from others is their staff. Never in my life have I stayed some where and the staff be so friendly and kind and accommodating. Our amazing housekeeper Emad was the most kind soul I have ever met. He went above and beyond every single day he truly is a credit to your company and he deserves the upmost praise. Another mention I would like to say is Abdul during the day he worked by the pool and on the night he worked in the bar upstairs. He would see me and my husband walk out of our decking area on a morning after we came back from breakfast and he would fetch over iced coffees. All day every day making sure we were happy and hydrated and such a genuinely nice guy. One day my husband had a poorly stomach and he could sense there was something wrong and he kept coming over to make sure he was okay. I say this and I say this again the staff make this hotel. We even popped to the shisha bar on the beach and the gentleman who worked there was so so nice. He sat with us for hours just chatting away like friends. I highly recommend anyone visiting him he even performed some magic tricks. He was fantastic! As I say I only got home this morning, suitcases still full, empty fridge still but one thing I knew I had to do straight away before anything was write this review. Amazing amazing hotel and outstanding service
