After spending two wonderful weeks here, we can honestly say this hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly left, we felt genuinely welcomed, looked after and valued. The biggest asset this hotel has isn't only the beautiful pools, the stunning beach or even the fantastic food... It's the people. Every member of staff works incredibly long and hard. They are attentive, friendly, professional and seem to take genuine pride in making your holiday special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Ask politely, and they'll do everything they possibly can to help, or they'll find the next best solution. It never felt transactional; it felt personal, and that's what makes this hotel stand out. One thing we absolutely loved was that the All Inclusive experience genuinely felt... all inclusive! There was no constant asking for room numbers, no feeling that everything was being counted or rationed. Food, drinks and facilities were plentiful throughout the day, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy your holiday. The emphasis wasn't on costs or limitations; it was on exceptional hospitality. ## The Food The food throughout our stay was consistently great; a few people deserve a very special mention. The wonderful omelette chef somehow remembered everyone's favourite breakfast order and welcomed guests each morning with a smile. It's the little touches like this that make you feel at home. The “top chef” aka pasta chef in the main restaurant at both lunch and dinner was equally outstanding. Freshly cooked, delicious food every single day, served with genuine enthusiasm and pride. ## Credo Beauty Salon A little hidden gem! Before travelling, we'd recommend leaving your hair and beauty appointments until you arrive. The Credo Beauty Salon, tucked behind the Piano Bar shopping area, is fantastic. Professional, friendly, excellent value for money and with plenty of appointment availability. Whether it's hair, nails or beauty treatments for ladies, gentlemen or children, the attention to detail is exceptional. ## The Beach & Snorkelling If you enjoy snorkelling, bring your mask. The house reef is honestly like swimming inside a tropical aquarium. Crystal-clear water, beautiful coral and colourful tropical fish are waiting only a few metres from the beach. No expensive boat trip is needed. Simply walk into the sea exactly as you would into a swimming pool and you'll be surrounded by incredible marine life. It became one of the highlights of our holiday. ## Pools & Grounds The resort is beautifully spread out. If you love entertainment, music and activities, you'll find it. If you want complete peace and quiet with a book, you'll find that too. The grounds are immaculate, there are plenty of pools and an abundance of sunbeds. We never once felt the need to reserve one. The staff work unbelievably hard from morning until night, keeping everything clean, tidy and looking beautiful. ## Thea’s Coffee Shop Another brilliant addition. Situated right in the heart of the resort, it's open from around 10 am until late, serving coffees, cold drinks, snacks and ice lollies. We found ourselves stopping there every day. ## Onsite Restaurants we loved: Marhaba Restaurant (Egyptian) and The Casa Blanca Restaurant (Italian) Definitely highlights and very yummy with excellent staff teams, humour and professionalism always. ## Exploring Sharm el Sheikh - Our Best Advice! One of the absolute highlights of our holiday was exploring Naama Bay, Old Market and SOHO Square ourselves. Our tip? Be adventurous! We booked a hotel taxi just to get us out of the hotel one way the first time, but after that we simply walked outside the hotel entrance and used the local taxis for everywhere else. What a brilliant decision. Not only were they dramatically cheaper, but they were also far more authentic, friendly and informative. Every driver had their own personality, stories and local recommendations. Yes, it's a little like opening a box of chocolates; you never quite know who you're going to meet, but that's all part of the fun! We laughed, chatted, learned about Sharm, Egypt and thoroughly enjoyed negotiating the fares. It became part of the experience rather than simply transport. Supporting the local taxi drivers also meant our money was going directly into the local community rather than paying premium prices for hotel or TUI-organised transport. If you're travelling as a duo or a group and use common sense, we always felt perfectly safe. We'd wholeheartedly recommend getting yourselves out there rather than booking organised excursions or relying solely on hotel transport. Simply walk out of the hotel gates, and you'll find plenty of taxis waiting. Agree the fare before you set off; please do not be afraid to negotiate politely, yet MUCH lower than they start at, and enjoy the experience. Some of our favourite conversations of the holiday happened in those taxis. ## A Very Special Thank You We met so many wonderful members of staff that it's impossible to name everyone, and if we've unintentionally missed anyone, please know how utterly grateful we are. However, these incredible people truly helped make our holiday unforgettable. A huge heartfelt thank you to: • **Mariz** - An absolute superstar. Warm, approachable, genuinely caring, exceptionally professional, experienced, and someone who naturally makes guests feel welcome and works well independently and as a team. She is an incredible ambassador for the hotel and a real credit to the team. • Mohamed, the quieter and more mature waiter in the left-hand section of the main restaurant, whose attentive yet understated service was consistently first class every single mealtime, every time. • Abdo, such a genuine, can-do attitude, so kind and always smiley 😊 • Arafa, SO wonderfully charismatic, engaging, fun, entertaining, yet has meticulous attention to detail. • Mohmoud, an unforgettable character, always entertaining, friendly, honest, and attentive. • Momo, quiet and gentle at first, then full of kindness and hard work when you get to know him • Samel, whose alert and cheeky humour had us smiling every day. • Ahmed G, the excellent friendly, engaging, personable manager of the Italian Restaurant. • Our wonderful omelette chef and pasta ‘top chef ’. • Ahmed from Security, far left as you look at the hotel with your back to the sea, consistently smiling, friendly, welcoming and professional. • Mohammed, the lifeguard and sunbed attendant on the left-hand side facing the hotel with your back to the sea, who worked tirelessly, consistently smiling, natural, from the heart, really looking after guests from morning until evening. You are, without question, one of this hotel's greatest assets. ## Reception One small suggestion. The reception team were always helpful; however, we'd absolutely love to see a bright, experienced, welcoming and highly capable **female** member of staff greeting and informing guests on reception. Someone like or even **Mariz**, would be perfect. She has that rare ability to instantly put people at ease, anticipate guests' needs and make them feel genuinely valued, working exceptionally individually and as part of a team. She would create an exceptional first and lasting impression of what this wonderful hotel is all about. ## TUI BLUEFit Team A huge congratulations to Mohamed "Snoopy", Senni, Magnus and Moutafa. What an incredible team. Being personally welcomed and waved goodbye by both a very senior staff member, Ahmed Badawy, who was a man of few words initially, rather silent yet super on the ball, and had a presence about him that was very kind and deep, thank you kindly😊 and a TUI Rep was one of those extra touches that is natural and genuine and really does set it apart from other hotel experiences. Your enthusiasm, positivity and energy are infectious, and it's obvious how well you all work together. The activities and BlueFit classes became one of the highlights of our holiday, not only because of the sessions themselves, but because of the fun, encouragement and laughter you brought every single day. You genuinely elevate the guest experience. ## Final Thoughts If we owned a hotel, fitness business, entertainment company or tourism organisation, we'd recruit many of the people we've named above in a heartbeat. People like **Mariz, Mohamed, Abdo, Mohmoud, Arafa, Momo, Samel, Ahmed G, the incredible chefs, Ahmed from Security, Mohammed by the beach, Ahmed Badawy together with Mohamed (Snoopy), Senni, Magnus and Moutafa** are exactly the kind of people every hospitality business dreams of having. They don't just do their jobs; they create unforgettable memories every single day. Buildings can be copied. Pools can be built. Restaurants can be redesigned. But genuine warmth, kindness, pride, humour and exceptional customer service cannot simply be manufactured. This hotel has assembled a truly remarkable team of people, and they are the reason we'll remember this holiday so fondly. Thank you all for making our stay SO super special. We left with wonderful memories, a camera full of tropical fish... and a few extra kilograms thanks to those unforgettable omelettes and freshly cooked pasta! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and sincerely hope we'll be back again. Thank you very much to the hotel and TUI Blue, and all the staff behind the scenes who also make this sublime experience possible.
Amazing high class performance from all staff members adding smile to their behavior normally
Came back to this amazing house after a wonderful 2 week trip last year. Met some truly amazing people and staff. On our return on Sunday I was really excited and so looking forward to seeing Sayed Reda(the best member of the bar staff). Eventually I met with him, only to find he has been moved to the buffet restaurant, wow. How can you move you best drinks waiter to the restaurant? Shocked and stunned by this move. He was great fun to be around last year and the pool area is not the same without him. It’s just like putting Lionel Messi in goal. Absolute joke
My wife, son (7) and I returned from Coral Sea Sensatori in Sharm El Sheikh, where we spent a lovely 11 days. We’ve been to a few Tui Blue/Sensatori hotels so knew we’d be in for a treat this time, and we were not disappointed! We arrived at almost midnight, and after a swift check in were shown to our room (2118), a lovely swim up family room in the family area of the hotel. We were really nicely surprised about the size of the room, and the partition between the double and the kids twin beds (sofas turned into beds) was great as it allowed him to feel like he had his ‘own room’. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely fitted out. The window blind between the bathroom and bedroom is a bit weird, but it just stayed shut while we were there! It was the first time we’d had a swim up room and we LOVED it - it was so good for our son to be able to go in when he wanted and have a splash about! One thing I would say is that all of the floors of the patio and rooms are very well polished, which means when you get out of the pool, it’s very very slippery. I think the hotel could do with putting some non-slip mats on the patios to improve that a little. The hotel itself is lovely. It’s really well maintained and there’s constantly work going on to ensure everything is up to a high standard. Staff are regularly checking and clearing the filters in the swim up pools, and the grass feels like it’s constantly being cut (which can be a little annoying when it’s the grass outside your room and you’re trying to have a relaxing swim, but I get why they’re doing it). We were concerned that the place would be large and difficult to navigate, but actually we found it really easy once we’d had a look around, and nothing was far away from anything else. Our son used the kids club a few times which he loved. The staff were all fantastic with him, and he looked forward to going each time. I really liked that they had ‘Adventure Kids’ sessions from 7-12 year olds which gave him chance to try things like archery and body boarding. I went to the Gym a couple of times which was fairly well equipped for a hotel gym, with towels and water supplied to use. One thing I would suggest is putting a fridge in there so that the water is cold rather than being sat room temperature on the shelf. The bars are all pretty good, and they were very rarely busy despite it being the height of summer. That was one thing that actually surprised us - while the hotel was obviously full (or almost) as it was peak season, it never seemed overly packed or busy. There were always plenty of sunbeds around the pool, and with the exception of one evening when we went for dinner a bit later after an excursion, the restaurant was never too busy either. Speaking of the Restaurant, I would say food is a bit of a mixed bag. I’m usually fairly open to eating most things, but I really struggled on some evenings to find something that appealed at dinner time. I always found something, and never went hungry, but it was more difficult than I have found at other similar locations. Breakfast was really good, we loved the omelette stations. Deserts always looked really lovely and our son enjoyed trying new things too. The À La Carte restaurants were generally good too - we went to the 3 included restaurants - Casa Bianca (Italian) was our favourite by a long way, although Marhaba (Middle Eastern) and Tiran (Tex-Mex) were both pretty good too. We also ate at the chargeable Stonegrill restaurant, which was very reasonably priced and the food was lovely. Drinks-wise, you don’t get the premium brand spirits here unless you pay extra (a lot extra) but that didn’t really bother us. The cocktails we tried were ok (Mango Mai Tai was our favourite) and the beer was drinkable. All soft drinks were out of bottles rather than draft, but no problems with that from us. The mini-bar in the room was kept stocked up (and the cleaner would give you extras if you asked nicely!!) which was nice when sat in your room. I’ve seen a lot of people say that the staff are what make this place, and I have to say I agree. The restaurant staff were amazing with our son and always made him laugh and had a chat with him when they saw him come in - Moustafa and Arafa were our favourites, but they were all great. The girls in the kids club were brilliant, and all of the waiters around the bars were lovely too. The cleaner of our room was always happy to move things around and wait to clean when we were out. What was really nice too was that there were waiters who came round regularly to bring drinks while we were in our swim-up pool, which we thought was a nice touch. The entertainments team too were amazing. Mackenzie and Ruby in particular were lovely with our son (Logan says hi!) who is a huge fan of the TuiBots!! In terms of the entertainment itself, the team work really hard to put on shows through the week. We weren’t impressed with the quality of the fly-out acts personally, and thought it was a strange choice to have the same act on two nights running doing the same show - once you’ve seen it, it means you’ve got nothing new to do the following night. Other Blue/Sensatori hotels we’ve been to have had MUCH better fly out acts if I’m honest. But the in house team were brilliant. Not many negatives overall. If I’m being really nit-picky, it would have been nice to get a welcome drink and a cold towel or something on arrival when checking in, and the check in/reception staff were probably the least friendly and approachable staff in the hotel. Overall, we had a fantastic time though. We’ve never booked to come back to the same place mid-way through the holiday, but thats what we have done this year, so I’m looking forward to seeing what its like next year already!
Having recently returned from a wonderful stay at the Coral Sea Sensatori, I felt compelled to write this review because the hotel and its incredible team deserve every bit of recognition they receive. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and throughout our stay every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This was not simply excellent customer service, it was heartfelt hospitality. Every smile, every greeting, and every thoughtful gesture made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the pools are beautifully maintained, the gardens are a credit to the hardworking team who care for them every day, and the private beach provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Everywhere you look, there is attention to detail, creating an atmosphere of luxury, tranquillity, and comfort. Our room was a swim-up room 3143 - located in the adult area. It was spacious beautifully presented, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard throughout our stay. I would like to give a very special mention to Ahmed from the housekeeping team. It was an absolute pleasure to meet you, Ahmed. You are a true gentleman whose kindness, professionalism, and warm personality never went unnoticed. Your attention to detail is impeccable, and every day our room was cleaned and prepared to the highest possible standard. Returning to such a beautifully presented room each afternoon was always a pleasure. What impressed us most was the pride you take in your work and the genuine warmth with which you greeted us every day. It is people like you who make guests feel welcome, valued, and cared for. You are a tremendous asset to Coral Sea Sensatori and a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay so comfortable and memorable. We sincerely hope to see you again on our next visit. Let's talk about dining at Coral Sea Sensatori, it's an experience in itself. The quality, freshness, and variety of food available every day are exceptional, with something to suit every taste. The speciality restaurants are outstanding, and the buffet offers an impressive selection of beautifully prepared dishes. Every meal was a pleasure, and the restaurant staff deserve enormous praise for their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism. They work tirelessly to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. What truly sets Coral Sea Sensatori apart from many other hotels is its understanding that a memorable holiday is about so much more than beautiful surroundings. The hotel deserves enormous credit for recognising the importance of outstanding evening entertainment and for investing in musicians of such exceptional calibre. Too often, entertainment is treated as an afterthought, but not here. The management clearly understands that creating unforgettable evenings is just as important as providing outstanding accommodation and facilities. A very special mention must go to Shane Swales, the resident pianist, and Alina Bezruk, the incredibly talented saxophonist. Each performs independently, bringing their own unique style, personality, and musical excellence to the hotel. Shane's piano performances are simply outstanding. His ability to create a relaxed yet uplifting atmosphere is remarkable. Whether performing timeless classics or modern favourites, his music fills the room with elegance, warmth, and sophistication. His talent is unquestionable, and his passion for music shines through in every performance. Alina's saxophone performances are equally breath-taking. She plays with incredible passion, emotion, and technical brilliance. Her music is captivating and effortlessly draws people in, creating moments that guests will remember long after their holiday has ended. What impressed us most was the atmosphere these exceptional musicians create throughout the hotel. As the evenings begin, guests naturally gather with a drink, chatting, laughing, smiling, dancing, or simply sitting back and enjoying the wonderful ambience. Their music lifts people's spirits, creates happiness, and transforms the entire mood of the resort. It encourages people to relax, connect, and simply enjoy the moment. It certainly go me on my feet each night! These performances are so much more than background music, they become one of the defining memories of a stay at Coral Sea Sensatori. The music creates a feeling of joy, elegance, and togetherness that is difficult to put into words. It turns an ordinary evening into an unforgettable experience. Coral Sea Sensatori deserves enormous praise for recognising the value of talented live musicians and investing in entertainment of this standard. Shane and Alina are not simply entertainers, they are an integral part of the Coral Sea experience. Their talent, professionalism, and dedication elevate the hotel to another level, and both they and the management deserve tremendous recognition for creating such magical evenings for their guests. Finally, I would like to thank every single member of staff. From reception, housekeeping, maintenance, gardeners, chefs, restaurant teams, bartenders, lifeguards, and all the entertainment team, every person contributes to making this hotel such a special place. Your kindness, professionalism, hard work, and genuine care for your guests are evident in everything you do. I would also like to make a very special mention of Mohamed Saper from the Perfumery, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay. Sometimes, while travelling, you meet people who leave a lasting impression, and Mohamed is one of those people. Although our meeting began when I purchased perfume from him, it quickly became clear that he was so much more than someone simply providing a service. His warmth, kindness, and genuine personality shone through. Mohamed, you truly stole my heart, not because of what you do, but because of the person you are. Your smile, your friendliness, and the way you treat people with respect and care are qualities that are truly special. You made the experience memorable, and your kindness went far beyond a simple transaction. It was a genuine pleasure meeting you. You are a true gentleman, and I hope you realise the positive impression you leave on the people you meet. Thank you for your kindness, your conversation, and for adding another special memory to our time at Coral Sea Sensatori. People often remember places because of the scenery, the food, or the facilities, but it is the people we meet along the way who often make a holiday truly unforgettable. Mohamed, you are one of those people. Finally, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr Mohamed E., General Manager, and the entire Coral Sea Sensatori team. Everything I have written above is a reflection of your leadership. Great hotels are built by people, and it is clear that you have created a culture where every member of staff takes genuine pride in what they do. That pride is evident in every smile, every conversation, every meal served, every immaculate room, and every memorable evening. To us, Coral Sea Sensatori is so much more than a beautiful hotel. It has heart. It is a place where guests are treated like friends, where staff genuinely care, and where people work together to create unforgettable memories. When people ask me about Coral Sea Sensatori, I will not just tell them about the beautiful surroundings or the excellent food. I will tell them about the people, because they are what make this place so special. Thank you all for another unforgettable holiday. We arrived as guests but left feeling as though we were saying goodbye to friends. Coral Sea Sensatori is not just a hotel to us, it feels like family. Until next time. Claudia

Claudia
