Xperience Kiroseiz Premier

2nd visit to this hotel. Seen improvements since last year. All staff are accommodating and friendly. I would give a 5 star but the pool does let it down, concrete coming away on the bottom which you can catch your feet on. I know it’s a busy hotel but the pool is a fundamental part of everyone’s holiday. You have other pools that guests can use, if we visit again it would be lovely to see that it’s been sorted.

I am extremely happy with my choice of hotel! Xperience Kiroseiz Premier is a fantastic hotel with beautiful, spacious grounds, excellent service, delicious food, and really good cocktails. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The entertainment is great, and there is always something fun to do. The whole hotel has such a lovely holiday atmosphere! Everything you need for a perfect vacation is right here, so you hardly feel the need to leave the resort. You can simply relax and enjoy every moment. In my opinion, this is an excellent hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. I would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend it to others! We have just left a a week holiday. We are a family of 6 of various ages and every one of us had a brilliant time. The waterpark, heated Tropicana pool, food restaurant and entertainment were all amazing and we honestly don’t have 1 complaint. The life guard Mohammed Eid is an absolute credit to the hotel. He was so brilliant with the kids, attentive to every thing you needed and an all around lovely guy nothing was too much for him. He made our holiday. We will definitely be returning.

Good hotel good location and food is ok Muhammad eid life guard is so helpful and so good with the children

Great hotel, very big lots going on and there being two hotels makes it even better meaning more to do, entertainment team is great
