Akasha Beach Hotel & Spa

Arrived on Monday and from the moment we got here, the service from the front of house staff was excellent. Check-in was made really easy and nice touch with the arrival drink. Then we were shown to our room, which was fantastic. The food options at breakfast, lunch and dinner were brilliant, with a wide range of choices available. The service while eating was excellent, and drinks are always served really quickly. We spent most afternoons and evenings at the Pool Bar, where the service was once again excellent. There was a wide range of drinks to choose from, and everything was made and served at a great pace. All the staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really made the stay even better, especially the pool bar team. Overall, had a fantastic stay and couldn't fault the service.

Stayed here for a week with a friend first time in greece. All the staff were amazing and went out of their way to help and make sure our stay was good. Service at the bar was especially good, George and the bar team were always friendly and made us feel welcome. Rooms were always kept clean to a high standard. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone visiting.

Overall this has been the most inexperience. The hotel is amazing, but it’s the staff that make it. They have been attentive to the last from the moment we stepped though the door, and that has not stopped. Their attention to detail is insane, and they made us feel like we were the only guest there. George on the pool bar is incredible. He made us feel so welcome, got to know what we liked and supplied us with the best drinks we have ever had. Ilias also made our stay. It felt like we had knows him forever and he couldn’t have been a better host and a more attentive and wonderful human. Also a special shout to Jayson for being the sweetest and most amazing all round guy. We can’t rave about the staff enough. The hotel is stunning, beautiful and clean and just absolutely stand out- but without the incredible staff this place would not be the same. We cannot thank them and commend them enough. They made our holiday and we will be forever grateful.

The hotel itself is stunning. Clean, stunningly beautiful, right on the beach front… but the staff, the staff take this place to a whole new level. George on the pool bar makes the most amazing custom cocktails and gives the best banta, Ilias spoke to us like old friends, treating us like he had known us all our lives and making us feel so welcome (I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is) and Jayson was so sweet and just had every detail nailed. This being said, all the staff and insane, they made our day so much more than a hotel. The food was incredible, and again, every member of the restaurant team made the whole experience beautiful, they attention to detail and attentiveness was wonderful. From the moment we stepped though the door we were waited on hand and foot, and nothing, I mean nothing was too much trouble. Yes this hotel is beautiful, however it would be nothing without the incredible and sensational staff. I cannot say enough to do them justice. I really can’t. They have made this the most spectacular and special holiday. They really are a very special and incredible group of people. Every aspect of this hotel exceeded the mark in every way. A very special place to stay and I can’t rave about it enough!

I love this place, it's without a doubt the best hotel I've ever had the privilege of staying in. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. Beds are comfy, shower is immense and the housekeeping team do a fantastic job. There are three outdoor pools and an indoor one also. A gym, spa and beach. Housekeeping are wonderfully efficient and thorough and some of the loveliest and politest I've met. Despina, Poppy, Cesar, Jeff and Jason were brilliant on the rooftop bar and at the beach, what wonderful people, so kind and helpful. Always with a smile, nothing ever too much, just really great to see each day. Eva and the breakfast staff were beautiful to see every morning, so very attentive and everyone provides such a personal touch. The food was amazing, there's tons of variety, it's hard to be bored with what's on offer. And Konstantina and Efthimis (Tim). Honestly such a delight to meet you both. Fantastic customer service at the beach bar, a real friendly vibe like I've been going there my whole life and everyone knows me. All so efficient, so quick to help and made the whole stay absolutely perfect. I sincerely hope our paths cross again! Thank you for making everything so wonderful. Sagapo!
