Arminda Hotel & Spa

We had an amazing week at this hotel, and what made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. A special thank you to the reception team, who were absolutely fantastic. They kindly allowed us to stay in our room until late at no extra charge, arranged a meal for us on arrival, and even organised a meal for all of us on our departure day. These thoughtful gestures made such a difference and showed just how much they care about their guests. Elena, who works behind the bar, deserves a special mention too. She was absolutely lovely, always greeting us with a smile and making our coffees and iced teas to order every day. Her friendliness and warm personality made every visit to the bar a pleasure. I would also like to thank Ifigenia Rafaela, who was a wonderful therapist. I truly enjoyed one of the best massages of my life! She was fantastic, and the experience was incredibly relaxing. During our stay, we chatted with other guests who told us they return to this hotel several times a year. At first, I thought it was a little unusual to keep coming back to the same place, but after spending a week here, I completely understand why! The hotel has such a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You feel genuinely looked after, and nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff. It's these little personal touches and the kindness of the team that make all the difference. Spiros, who also worked behind the bar, was fantastic! He had such a great way of bringing people together, encouraging guests to talk to each other and creating a genuinely wonderful atmosphere. Thanks to him, people didn't just sit around enjoying their drinks; they connected, laughed and shared moments together. It's rare to find someone who can make so many people feel comfortable and create such a lovely, sociable environment. He really helped make the atmosphere at this hotel something special! We have had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday where you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Rafaela & Ifigenia was very profesional The massage was perfect

I had a wonderful full body scrub and massage by Maria. This was my first time ever doing such a massage and it was the most wonderful experience. Maria was highly empathic, really friendly and I really enjoyed the treatment.

This is the second time we have visited Arminda and it's not the last time😊I hope. The hotel is very great, but what is really making our holiday perfect is the staff. They are so sweet and always helpful. I have never been a place where I felt that welcomed before. This hotel have found the recipe for making your holiday a good time.
