Arminda Hotel & Spa

We are small and picky family with disabled memeber. We were searching for comfortable, functional and cozy place to spend our holiday. Yes, we found it all, and plus more at Arminda hotel and spa. It is spacious complex, has 6 pools (yes 6!), with sea water, water was nice warm, although it was fully booked, you couldn't feel or see that is over crowded with people, all complex has 3 levels, they have lift outside, so its reachable for families with babies and disabled people, its relaxing place, you have impression you came to your cousin's place, stuff is so helpful!, you can really on them, and they just know when you need help, thy are kind, well organized, careful and for sure you will have your favorite, SPA was what I needed, thank you Maria K., for making my back pain go away, and head and feet massage was memorable experience, I do recommend! food is super tasty, its Greece, so be aware that Greek people know how to pull maximum taste from food, however, there was enough food and for people who dont find themselves in Greek taste, every day was different cousin (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Spanish......), all food was fresh, fresh made, our nanny is vegetarian and she was happy with the menu all 15 days, my husband was not happy with the still water, filtration water, so we would buy bottled water, however that is personal taste, the rest soda, alcohol, cocktails were good, snacks and sweets all day, good, tasty... all place is very very clean, they change sheets often, and plus on your request, cleaning ladies clean every day, AC works perfectly!, lock system, all facilities are great! Rooms are spacious, you have enough place to put your clothes, however I prefer more closet with shelves, not with hangers, also one more personal preference thing, enough fun for kids, they have gym as well, there are enough pool furniture and umbrellas, we felt very welcome, and they do care about guests, reception is very happy to help you, to ask you if you need something, in case you need something, they act fast. Overall, we had wonderful time, we like place, space, stuff, reception, management, food, all concept, and we did rest, next year we will go there again. Area is very interesting, and its not enough one holiday to see everything. Thank you Arminda ❤️!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel with our family. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. Everyone we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. We would happily come back again and highly recommend this hotel to families!

Just returned from 11 nights and had a fabulous holiday! This hotel has lots of Pros: * Great atmosphere and this is due to the animation team, namely Lilla, Alessio, Lenny, Sophia and the other girl with long straight hair who used to do Aqua Gym. Such an amazing team, so friendly and fun but also the bar/kitchen/cleaning staff were so friendly too especially with the children. You can tell they all love their jobs. *Good food - Was concerned about some of the reviews but it was so tasty and fresh with something different every day. The desserts actually tasted as good as they looked which is very rare abroad. *Comfy beds - we had a superior family room and the main bed as well as the two single beds had the comfiest mattresses which is a big deal for me. *Full Entertainment Timetable - something going on throughout the day. *Great Mini Club - we don't usually utilise the mini club but this was a great space for toddlers and small children with a soft play area as well as lots of toys, creative play and arts and crafts. *Self-serve drinks - beer, wine, water and fizzy drinks so no queuing which added to the stress-free vibe and the kids loved getting their own drinks. Cons: *Location isn't great but it's a hotel you don't need to leave as theres so much going on. We got a taxi to Koutouloufari, a lovely village which cost 12 euros, well worth a visit. *Cocktails are limited on A/I package so if you want a mojito, this would be payable. *You get free towels but only permitted to change once per week, unfortunately Reception never told us and my sister was charged 4 euros for 4 towels. All in all a great holiday with special thanks to all the Animation Team x

We had a great family vacation, all hotel staff very welcoming and nice, the hotel is clean, very pleasant and many activities throughout the day, also there is a beach 2 minutes walk from the hotel , the Spa is also very good ( Refaela recommended). Thank you and hope to visit again soon.
