Caramel, A Resort to Live®

Amazing hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly with us. Our son has allergies and they made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Would love to go back.

A Special Place for Our Family ❤️ This was our third holiday at Caramel Grecotel Boutique Resort, and once again, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Some places are beautiful, but others become truly special because of the feelings and memories you associate with them. For our family, Caramel is one of those rare places. As a grandmother, one of the things that makes me happiest is seeing my granddaughter Polya so happy, relaxed, and full of joy. Caramel is a truly wonderful place for children. She feels so comfortable here, almost as if she were at home, and seeing her enjoy every moment of her holiday means the world to me. The Kids Club is fantastic, with such a lovely atmosphere and a team that makes children feel welcome, cared for, and happy. It is a pleasure to see her having so much fun while knowing she is in such good hands. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Maria, the hotel manager, for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional attention to guests. Her warm and personal approach makes a real difference and helps create the special atmosphere that keeps us coming back. Thank you, Maria, for making our family holiday so memorable. The beauty of the resort, the attention to detail, the wonderful team, and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed make Caramel so much more than just a hotel. It is a place where several generations of our family can relax, enjoy precious time together, and create beautiful memories. Thank you, Maria, and the entire Caramel team, for another unforgettable holiday. After three wonderful stays, we can honestly say that Caramel holds a very special place in our hearts. We are already looking forward to returning! ❤️ Warmest regards, Natalia 💋🌺❤️

Wow! Absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we arrived until our checkout, everything was seamless. The entire staff provided excellent service. Our two bedroom suite was over the top spectacular. We were celebrating a birthday and, upon arrival to the room, we were greeted by a fabulous cake! Too kind. We look forward to returning!

The great thing about the Caramel is the staff. From the time we arrived to leaving they saw to every need. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was to a very high standard and from breakfast to dinner the food was first class. Even the buffet had an amazing choice that surpassed most others." Gluten Free, no problem, we'll prepare something for you". The smaller resort setting was ideal if you want a more relaxed and quieter getaway. Whilst the range of facilities was less than those in larger Grecotels the personal service and being uncrowded more than made up for it. We have stayed in a number of Grecotels and each is different in its own way. The Caramel really suited us for a more relaxed break. Wide range of room styles but the sea view suites are worth the extra. Plenty of shops and tavernas if you want to wander out of the hotel and Rethynmo is easy accessible by bus or taxi. Concierge and Guest Services are really helpful if planning any trips or you need local advice. Already considering a return trip with the grandkids. This hotel delivers luxury and service if that is what you are looking for.

Everything sbout this hotel was excellent. They service is really a 10 out of five - from the reception to porters to restaurant staff - every person far exceeded the expectations. I can honestly say after staying in many many fice star resorts that I have not experienced better service. The quality of food at their restaurant was excellent as was the selection and the special attention they gave to us because we were vegetarians serving us, specially made food for us even in a buffet dinner. The resort itself was beautiful. The decor was excellent. The location was great. I don't think my review does enough justice to this wonderful place.
