The spa was perfect. My massage therapist was Chrysi and she was amazing, best massage I ever had. Also, the hammam and the sauna where great.

Beautiful views and great room. But you get charged for Everything- eg a tray charge of 5 euros for ice to the room. Bit disappointing considering we stayed in a suite

The resort has been designed with sensitivity to the environment and maintains the relatively unspoiled feeling of this stretch of coastline while offering excellently appointed and spotlessly maintained range of facilities in the public and private areas. The view over the water to Spinalonga is spectacular. The rather cramped stony beach may not be to everyone's liking but there are three spacious shared pools in the main complex and many rooms have private pools so we were mercifully spared the tensions surrounding reserving loungers which bedevil so many resorts. In spite of being nearly full the range of facilities meant that the resort always felt calm and peaceful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there are a range of options for other meals, including evening entertainment. We particularly appreciated the free, on demand shuttle service to and from Plaka which offers a great choice of tavernas. The standout memory of our time was the exceptional quality of the staff who could not have been more attentive and helpful. We appreciated the wonderfully relaxing holiday we had wanted but we noted that for other residents wanting to be more active in exploring the island staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this place

What can we say the hotel , food staff location absolutely everything was perfect ,, we booked a family of 3 and from the moment of arrival we were absolutely wowed with the whole experience , the staff at this hotel are absolutely phenomenal nothing is to much trouble whatsoever ,, a special mention to Margarita she is honestly the most friendly happiest person , she remembered our coffee order to a “T” and drinks in the bar at lunchtime she truly truly is a credit and asset to this hotel ,, all of the staff on reception are wonderful to and the housekeeping team left gorgeous displays of towels (they noticed we like coffee using the pods in the nespresso machine in the room and left ample for us without being asked , on that note the rooms are phenomenal, we stayed in room 312 and waking up every morning to the most glorious sunrises and spinalonga truly made this a holiday to remember , we are currently sitting in reception waiting for our car for the airport and I’m already booking again for next May , I have never done that before on holiday ,there is also a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the village it absolutely is within walking distance but a steep little turn the hotel provides this free of charge ! The drivers are so lovely Plaka the village is truly one of the most gorgeous little fishing villages in Crete truly wonderful people , the beach and water is gorgeous (bear in mind the beach is pebbly you will need sea shoes they are €14 in the local shop ) in essence I’m putting my money where my mouth is and booking this truly fabulous little gem again ! We highly recommend a deserved 10/10
