Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa

Today I got a massage at the Spa in Cayo. I have a lot of back problems and really could use it. The intake was done by Constatina. Really friendly and professional. She checked how ecxactly the massage should be with my health problems. Also was decided how firm. We decided on a Cretan full body massage of 70 minutes. The massage was done by Rupa. Remember her name and ask for her. The massage was extremly good! I have had several times deep tissue massages in the Netherlands so I know a lot about it but the treatment I got from Rupa was outstanding!! Really unbelievable! I was deeply impressed! How I felt afterwards? I'm shure you can guess. Reborn. All tension gone and no pains Please people if you hesitate to go and have physical problems just go and ask for Rupa. A highly skilled and very kind professional!!

Rupa and Khrishi were both VERY professional and it was an extremely relaxing experience. The massage was fantastic and the sauna/pool experience after was just the cherry on top. If you’re staying at Cayo the spa is definitely a spot to stop at ! :)

Cayo resort & spa is a true hidden gem, everything has been considered and guests are really looked after. We had a room with a pool and this was REALLY worth it. When the sun went over we headed down to the beach and the sea is Plaka is just divine. The spa was great too, my therapist Chrysi was one of the best I’ve ever had, she was so caring and the Cretan Ritual and facial were worth every single penny. What more can I say… I would return in a heartbeat.

Rupa was amazing. She have a great pregnancy massage and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
