Positives: Beautiful, spotless, relaxing, Stephan a star in his own right, making everyone feel welcome- a charming young man, if he leaves he will be a massive loss to the place. Cleaners exceptional, they work extremely hard. Everyone here is so nice and truly friendly and helpful. Negatives: spirits far too, expensive, they need to be more competitive with other places. Breakfast not much choice for vegetarian s, would help with tomatoes, mushrooms etc, having said this, the chef made us a beautiful mushroom omelette every morning ( thank you so much) , more choice of food on the menu would be good Overall, we really enjoyed it and will be back at some point Thank you so much

We stayed for 7 nights in early September and had a lovely stay. We were in a spacious partial sea-view room (Room 54), which was huge and very comfortable. We particularly liked having a separate bedroom, lounge area and bathroom, as well as a good-sized balcony. Housekeeping were prompt each day and always left the room lovely and clean. The room was well equipped with fresh towels and flannels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, bottled water, bathrobes and even a clothes steamer. We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis and really enjoyed the breakfast. There was plenty of choice, with both hot and cold options, and we especially enjoyed having iced coffees in the morning! A special mention to Stefanos, who was fantastic — he made an effort to remember guests’ names and their favourite coffee orders, which was such a nice touch. We never had any trouble finding a sun lounger during our stay, although we would probably choose a room with its own loungers and hot tub next time. We did notice that some guests struggled to find loungers later in the day. It’s also worth noting that not all of the loungers get sun throughout the day, although plenty do. Koutouloufari is a lovely little village with so many fantastic restaurants and bars within easy reach. We really enjoyed exploring the area and would definitely recommend both visiting Koutouloufari and staying at the hotel. We’d happily return!

My husband and I have just returned from a week here, it is the most beautiful hotel, large suites. We stayed in number 16. Very very clean and tidy, very peaceful and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks were great prices about the same as in a good hotel in England. All the staff are lovely but a special shout out goes to Stefano who is the kindest soul and goes out of his way to make you feel relaxed and welcome. We will be back one day for sure. 😊😊🥰🥰

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. And besides that they upgraded our room to a room with a jacuzzi! The food was also very good, but what really stood out to us was the hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. As I follow a vegan diet, I especially appreciated how accommodating they were with my dietary needs. They were happy to help and make sure I always had something suitable to eat, which made a big difference and made me feel truly looked after. A special mention has to go to Maria. She has such a warm and sparkling personality and always made interactions feel personal and genuine. Her positive energy really adds something special to the hotel. Overall, this is a place where the hospitality makes you feel more like a welcomed guest than just another hotel customer. We would happily come back and would definitely recommend it to friends looking for a relaxing stay with friendly people and good food. Tip: If you have specific dietary requirements, don't hesitate to mention them to the staff — they were very accommodating and happy to help.

We’ve just got back from a 7 night holiday and we honestly had the best time. The hotel feels very new and is so clean and tastefully decorated. We stayed in a junior suite with a small balcony that had a lovely view of the sea. On arrival the hotel had left some sweet treats and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch and housekeeping left two bottles of water in your room everyday. While we didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening, there was always a good choice at breakfast and they brought a small canapé round at lunchtime to your sunbed! The staff are a real credit to this hotel. The manager was extremely helpful, visibly works hard and had a good relationship with all the staff. Very special shout out to Stefanos who served us at breakfast and around the pool. I will never know how he remembers everyone’s name but he goes out of his way to make everyone’s holiday enjoyable and relaxing. Giannis, George and Maria thanks for serving us delicious cocktails and for the late night chats! We’re still not saying who makes the best whiskey sours 😆 The village is so pretty and has lots of amazing restaurants. We definitely didn’t go home hungry. We had booked to go to a different Greek Island next year however we enjoyed our time so much we have changed it to come back here next year. If you’re reading this review, just book! It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. See you next year Galaxy Suites!!
