Great all-in hotel, you will not be dissapointed. You will not find a better hotel fot this price.

We stayed as part of a large group to celebrate a wedding. The hotel is spotless. The rooms are very well presented and comfortable, they are well seviced by the cleaning staff on a daily basis. There is a large main pool and toddler pool, and another 3 pools around the complex, There is also a waterpark, with bar/snack bar. Main buffet restaurant for Breakfast and dinner, with dedicated children's buffet. 2 restaurants for lunch which open for booked al-a-carte dinner, on a few evenings week. There is also a snack bar by the main pool. Serving lots of items, and ice cream. Evening entertainment is in the amphitheatre at front of the hotel, and also next to main bar. Bars - main bar, bar by pool, bar by the beach and also at amphitheatre. There is a pool/beach towel kiosk, indoor pool, gym and spa, and onsite shop. There was never a problem getting a sunbed We had an amazing time. We found the food great. Drinks were plentiful, and the staff all very friendly and helpful. A little remote, but pub up the road if you want a change of scenery. You can get a taxi to local town.

I felt compelled to write a review in the hope that the management team will take some action. Firstly this hotel in terms of it’s grounds, layout, cleanliness etc is fantastic and probably one of the best we’ve been to and most of the staff are so helpful and lovely (especially the lifeguard and the chef!). but there is so much room for improvement to make this a credible 5 star. Firstly the food - it’s done on the cheap, produced in mass, poor quality and lacks variety it’s pretty much the same thing at lunch and dinner. This is the only 5 star hotel I’ve been to that doesn’t have an omelette station at breakfast instead it’s some weird pre made omelette cubes . The drinks aren’t branded (I mean fizzy drinks) and are off a tap rather than bottled or canned. If you want a banana at breakfast you have to be there before 8am otherwise you can’t get one. They really need to stop producing low quality mass food and increase quality. There is no service anywhere - again never been to a 5 star where even at breakfast someone doesn’t come and offer you a tea or coffee you have to queue for a drink. There’s a lot of staff but no service anywhere in the resort. Not what you expect for a 5 star Although you can get a a sunbed at any pool at any time of the day which is amazing they are not the best quality so take some cushions! Entertainment is very much the same every night , would be good to see some external acts come in on occasions It’s such a shame as this could be such a fantastic hotel but with current levels of food and service we would not return and would not recommend to anyone which I’m disappointed to say given the potential this hotel has

11 of us went for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and it was planned that my sister would get proposed to on that day. I can't express how helpful Christina (guest relations) was and how much she impacted such a special day. She arranged for a gazebo on the beach that we had hired to be decorated and she also filmed the proposal and took photos for us and honestly couldn't have been more helpful. As for the hotel for me it was bang on.. clean, tidy 98% of staff was friendly, pools were great for the kids 3 and 8, Food was spot on got a kids section with everything they need, only thing I could pick fault with was they need to crank them air con units up at dinner cause its hot in there! Rooms cleaned every day, Shows we're great aswell also saxophone and singer in the bar are really good 👍 Had a great week efcharisto Had a really great week there

We stayed at TUI Blue Green in June 2026 in a swim-up room (block 4402 near the beach bar). The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. Our room was lovely, with a modern bathroom, incredibly comfortable beds and a fantastic swim-up pool. The pool was very spacious, and having our own private terrace made it feel really special. Although other guests could use the opposite side of the pool where there were sunbeds, it was always very quiet at our end. It was a bit of a walk to the main building for dinner, but we didn’t mind that at all. We also liked the fresh pool towel system, where you simply exchanged a card each day. It was a nice touch. The bars were excellent, with friendly service and a good selection of drinks. The cups are quite small, so you do find yourself making a few trips back, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The snack bar by the main pool was great, especially the chocolate crêpes! The bar at the water park was also good, although it mainly served ice creams and crêpes. We only saw the hot food (gyros, chips and hot dogs) available once during our stay, so we’re not sure of the serving times. The water park itself was brilliant. It never felt overcrowded, there were plenty of slides, and our 14-year-old loved the larger slides. The lazy river was also a great addition and somewhere we all enjoyed relaxing. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for us was the food and the overall restaurant experience. We have previously stayed at TUI Blue Princess next door and had an outstanding experience, so perhaps we expected the same standard as both hotels are rated similarly. At both lunch and dinner, there was never a table prepared for us. We always had to find our own table, often clearing away previous guests’ dirty plates before we could sit down. Many evenings we also had to search for our own cutlery. Drinks are self-service, with bottled water available and a drinks station for soft drinks. At the Princess, drinks were brought to the table, which felt like a much nicer dining experience. Having to set the table ourselves each evening wasn’t something we expected from a hotel of this standard. The restaurant seemed extremely understaffed. We hardly interacted with any staff during meals, not because they were unfriendly, but because they appeared to be constantly rushing around trying to keep up. We genuinely felt sorry for them as they looked stressed and overworked. The buffet itself also became repetitive. Unlike the Princess, where each evening had a different theme, the menu here barely changed. Most nights there were only one or two different dishes, with everything else remaining the same. For an all-inclusive holiday at this price point, we expected much more variety. We had booked the à la carte restaurant for one evening but cancelled after looking at the menu, as it appeared to offer many of the same dishes already available in the buffet. We decided we’d rather eat at our own pace instead. Halfway through the week we noticed the restaurant became significantly busier, and it seemed as though a large number of new guests had arrived. From that point onwards, the staff really struggled to keep up, which may explain some of the issues we experienced. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms, grounds, pools and facilities are excellent, and we’d happily rate those very highly. Sadly, the food and restaurant experience really let the holiday down for us. In our opinion, the lunch and dinner service felt more like a two to three-star experience than what we expected from this hotel. It’s a real shame because everything else was so good. Because of this, we don’t think we’ll be returning.
