We had a lovely holiday at this hotel and it is good if you want a quiet break. The rooms are quiet and very clean and the resort is kept very clean and is well maintained. However, I would not class this as a 5 star hotel. The a la carte restaurants are each only open a few nights each each week and they are fully booked so we havent been. The food is extremely repetitive in the main restaurant. Dinner consists of pasta, pizza, gyros, salad, bread and they change the meat options. The hotel just seems short staffed, as at first plates were piling up and no one was clearing them. You dont get your coffee/tea etc poured like other 5 star hotels we have been to and the service is not great. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. However, one thing that really did affect our holiday was the sheer amount of rules around the pool. At first the kids were to jump in and the lifeguards said that this was fine, however then there was a rule change. You are not allowed to jump in, splash others, dive in. Some rules are enforced like the no jumping but others include: no ball games, no inflatables, no wearing suncream in the pool etc. The lifeguards seem to be like the fun police, especially around the main pool. My kids got really frustrated about the no jumping in and so were other guests. Due to this we, wouldnt consider returning. I would want to know this before booking. The hotel seriously need to look at this. The entertainment is more suited to smaller children and is repetitive.

Was quite nervous after reading all of the reviews but as I write this, we’re currently enjoying a wonderful holiday at this genuinely stunning resort. Immaculate too and still looks new. We have a shared pool room which was well worth it, (1.3m deep so bit too deep for our 6 year old but we bought a swim jacket from the hotel shop) There is an absolute abundance of sunbeds and lots of spaces to sit and enjoy the amazing Greek sun and scenery. Staff have been wonderful, genuinely can’t fault them- all have been polite, happy , never a trouble to do something for you. Entertainment team are fab and daughter has loved the mini disco and the shows after. Good - buffet is plentiful and a really good variety, particularly have enjoyed the themed food. À la carte - we arrived Thursday afternoon and I went to guest relations Friday at 11 to book and could only get into one of them. I could understand why this could frustrate as it’s only open Thursday Friday Saturday so not sure when else I could have gone into book but it is what it is! The beach is absolutely beautiful (shingle beach) and plenty of free sunbeds. There really is not much around but we knew this coming here so again not a criticism, just a note! We got a taxi into a nearby town which hotel booked for us so there are plenty of places to go if you do what to venture in a taxi. There’s also an all day beach bar about 1.3km walk (we mapped it!) which sells some snacks and drinks. Water park - fab , daughter loves it! Aqua shoes are a must here for kids as you really can’t walk easy on the ground (presumably for safety to no problem with that as wasn’t slippy at all!) lazy river is lovely. After seeing so many comments about lifeguards I really wasn’t sure what to expect but I would always rather they be over cautious than under and honestly they could not have been more pleasant. Asked us how old she was and asked to wear armbands as isn’t a strong swimmer which is totally fine by me. There’s plenty of places to grab a drink but only main bar is open after 6pm and outdoor theatre bar, would be nice to have somewhere to sit outside whilst still warm at 7 but again not a criticism just a suggestion! We’re having a really wonderful holiday and I’m glad I didn’t let the reviews sway me into rebooking somewhere else as this really is a great place with lovely staff!

The hotel is a super clean super spacious hotel with ample sun beds and absolutely no sun bed war. The rooms are spacious and maids fantastic and two sets of entertainment to choose from in evening. - great value for money. Calm relaxing quiet but fun atmosphere with super friendly staff who order drinks to table. Pretty surounding ding towns a small coach/ taxi away. Restaurants and buffet available on site all inclusive

We came here in October as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. The staff at the main bar were miserable and every time I asked for a drink they said they had ran out and rolled their eyes. There was never anywhere to sit in the restaurant. Although we came in October we expected some entertainment in the day, but there was nothing. The hotel is very clean and modern. But like I said above the staff were always rolling their eyes when asking for something which made me feel very uncomfortable. I would like the praise the 2 ladies in the snack bar during the day so friendly and happy to do anything for you. Although the hotel is very clean and modern I would definitely say it's not a 5 star hotel. The bar was always very busy at nighttime as it's the only indoor bar. There is nothing really around the hotel and only 1 shop onsite which had ran out of slot of things every time we went.

I’ll start with the positives The hotel is beautiful, very spacious and the rooms are perfect. The staff are brilliant, very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, lots of variety and cooked beautifully. Now….. the main reason for booking this hotel was because of the children’s water park. The first day we walked in to the water park I found it strange that all the children weren’t In the water. After putting my foot in the water I can see why, the water is chilled to a ridiculous temperature. It’s unbearable. So as you can imagine my son who is swimming pool obsessed would not go near it. We spoke to multiple families who said they felt let down. We done a few trips as well. Any trips that involved going out on a boat were brilliant and worth every penny. We took a trip to the main city Thessaloniki, after a 30 minute detour for the driver to pick up his lunch from his house ( no lie ) we finally got on our way. It took 1hr 45min to get there on a death trap of a coach that wasn’t road worthy and stank. The city if I’m honest was a bit of a dive, definitely not worth the trip. We flew with easyJet, we were delayed 1hr 15min going to Thessaloniki and delayed 2 hours coming back.
