Ikos Olivia

We are massive Ikos fans andit was Ikos Olivia we choose our first and second visits. Then we went off piste and visited Ikos Dassia for a couple of years. Both are amazing but going back to Ikos Olivia this year was like coming home. Five Ikos visits in consecutive years - it never gets old. "Our" villa with pool was everything we remembered and loved. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Elena who remembered us and made sure it was her who welcomed us. Staff greeted our 6-year old grand-daughter, Fi, telling them they remembered her with her cuddly - which she still loves and then ook back to meet them again. She was thrilled and we were touched. Elisavet at the lunch buffet gave Fi the important job each day of choosing which table we'd like. You could see her confidence grow. The Kids' Club is fantastic and Fi loved every morning there, which meant the grown ups had some relaxation time. Then we made new friends with Davril who gave world class service with great chat. Sofia at the beach was wonderful. I could go on but suffice to say accommodation, food and service, hotel grounds - EVERYTHING is amazing! Already booked to go again in 2027.

We loved our stay at Ikos Olivia. It was the best Ikos in terms of kid friendly and fun splash pool area. There was great staff who was fun, always friendly and helpful. I want to especially mention Carlos who was our favourite. At the kids splash pool area, he was fun, amazing with the kids and always helpful. Stella at the main Pool was also great. Always happy and friendly. Also Alex at the Ouzo restaurant was great and served us very well each time. All around a great stay. The staff of the crèche was amazing as well and our kids loved it there. Vicky the sommelier was also lovely and took good care of us.

We was very happy to be at at the IKOS Olivia, it was a good choice for us. Our family has excellent holidays. Our little boy has swimming lessons, it was very positive experience for us. We enjoyed also additional services and can thank you for this!

Carlos was brilliant throughout our holiday. He was always happy, warm and engaging, and genuinely took an interest in us and our family. His poolside service was spectacular and he went out of his way to make every day special. He was a huge part of what made our holiday so memorable. We would also like to recognise Jenny, who was brilliant as the manager. She was friendly, attentive and clearly led the team exceptionally well. Carlos and Jenny are both a real credit to the hotel.

Best pool service I have ever expeienced - Carlos and Nikos were incredible!!!
