Ikos Olivia

We have recently returned from the Olivia and can quite easily say it is the best hotel/experience we have had in an European resort . The whole experience was outstanding from check in ,which was at 11.30pm followed by a room service pasta meal which was unexpected. The food/restaurant choice was stunning our favourite was Provence which was our breakfast staple and dinner on more than one occasion was superb ,special mention to two who made our experience Alesia and Christos these two were exceptional and deserve great credit thank you to both. The other restaurants we visited were outstanding including Flavours the buffet restaurant where delicious food was prepared for breakfast/Lunch and dinner with the same quality . The pool service was carried out without fuss and the staff were very attentive throughout our stay. We were upgraded fir the final night of our stay to a deluxe bungalow with garden view giving us access to the deluxe pool and beach we are still unsure as to how much worthwhile thus us fir the extra cost but can say the difference is noticeable. We visited the spa and used the mini for a day which was a nice additional benefit. All in all this is our first experience of Ikos and hopefully not our last .

Our recent holiday to Ikos Olivia was SUPERB! Everything was 10/10 from the service, ambience of the restaurant, cleanliness, amenities and convenience. All the staff went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. I have to give a special mention to Carlos who waiting by the pool! He ensured our days were filled with food and drink and he always did it with a smile. Loved the holiday and already planning the next trip to Ikos!

This has to be the best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect, the food was amazing in every restaurant and the staff were fantastic and made you feel special. Drinks were great, really lovely cocktails with actual branded spirits and a huge selection of alcohol free drinks for our teenagers! The adult only areas were a great bonus too as during the school holidays there were quite a lot of children. Our teenagers were allowed in the adult only sections which was great. Huge shout out to all the staff but in particular, Carlos at the Aqua pool, Lavinia in Potami and Agapi in The Garden Restaurant. They made our holiday extra special. I have always said I would not go back to the same hotel twice as we like to experience new places but this Hotel has made us change our minds! We will be back!!!!

We have had the most sensational stay at Ikos Olivia. From start to finish, the service has been truly exceptional, and every member of staff has gone above and beyond to make our stay so special. For us, however, the pool service has been particularly outstanding, thanks to the wonderful Carlos. He is an absolute credit to the team. He goes above and beyond to ensure we are always well looked after, fed and hydrated, while also making us laugh along the way. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and his warm and attentive service has really made our holiday even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Ikos Olivia for such a wonderful stay. We have absolutely loved every moment and will most certainly be returning!

Second visit and not disappointed….. food, grounds, room, beach, local area are all outstanding, but most of all the culture of friendly unobtrusive service is impeccable. For a busy couple to unwind for two weeks this was perfect. Adults-only area for breakfasts and for the beach were much appreciated, although for us holidaying after most schools had recommenced avoided the 5-16 family groups. Each year there has been a challenge to make a full booking schedule for the a La carte restaurants for fourteen nights, but combination of personal persistence and engagement with Guest Service team ultimately got results.And it’s not a challenge to put us off a third visit.
