We stayed at this wonderful property for 6 nights as a group of 3 families, and it was absolutely perfect.The villas were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Every single employee was incredibly kind, and any minor issue we had was resolved instantly with a warm smile.We asked for a lot of assistance and recommendations during our stay, and the staff never made us feel like we were a bother. They suggested fantastic local trips and even helped us book a wonderful boat tour. On top of that, the location is ideal—only 10 to 15 minutes away from all the best beaches.A special and massive thank you goes to Kiki, the Reception Manager. She is, hands down, the best service professional we have ever encountered! Kiki literally moved mountains to ensure we were comfortable and that our vacation was as memorable and successful as possible. We had a private villa with private pool , it was great! the room was clean, the service was very kind and supportive (we arrived late night due to delay abd someone waited for us to provide us with the room keys) there is beach right nearby the resort, 3 min walk, with nice resturant/ bar. the location is isolated so it is quite, but you'll need to drive to nearby towns for other resturants/ supermarkets, etc.

We had a fabulous week at kappa resort. The accommodation was excellent. The cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were very professional and pro active.

We were a family of 6 and 1 17 month old staying at the Kappa resort we had a 4 bedroom villa with a pool close to Reception. We had also breakfast every morning. The breakfast gave plenty of choice and we all enjoyed a leisurely start to the day. All the food was delicious and you were able to order fresh fried eggs. Sophia and Lena always welcomed us every morning with a smile and provided endless amounts of coffee. We really valued the service they provided. Well done ladies! We ate in the restaurant a few evenings and the food was delicious. The villa was modern and spacious and was the perfect accommodation for us as a family too. We also enjoyed the daily maid service. They cleaned, changed the beds regularly and always had a smile on their faces. The beach was pebbly but the water was so clear. Steep walk down hill but the staff will happily drive you there. 800 metres. The Reception staff were always welcoming and catered for our needs. I would just like to say how rested we felt and what a wonderful place to stay. It is a 15 min drive to the local town . We did need mosquito repellent. Thank you Kappa for looking after us
