We had a unexpected room upgrade. And this superior one bedroom suit is really amazing. The view over the resort and the water. The room is big. All workers from the hotel are doing there best to realise the best. The location from the resort is perfect it has everything. From here you can easy check the island and villages. We are having an amazing stay at Porto Carras Grand Resort. The beach is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would especially like to thank the Guest Relations team for their exceptional hospitality. They have been warm, professional, and always available to assist with any questions or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests truly made a difference and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful resort with excellent service, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Greece.

The food was of very good quality with a wide variety of options available, and the service throughout the resort was consistently excellent.
