We paid for a suite and were very disappointed from the outset. The room was tired and scruffy and not at all as it was presented in the Jet2 brochure. The main buffet restaurant was awful and the food was cold plus as it was mainly Eastern European families in the hotel it was an absolute free for all at meal times with each family grabbing as many plates of food as they could and completely loading up their tables only to consume a small amount and waste everything else. We voiced our concerns straight away to the hotel reception and Jet2 reps but no response was given even though we called or spoke to staff daily. The best we received was a shrug of the shoulder. 3 months later and Jet2 still have not replied to any correspondence. The lack of any kind of customer support is quite disappointing frankly. Do yourselves a favour and choose somewhere else

We stayed at this hotel as two girls in early to mid-October, drawn by the glowing reviews and beautiful photos online, but sadly the experience did not live up to expectations. The location is very remote, reached via a private road past a golf course and helipad, and while the setting and sunsets over the harbour were lovely, the area felt empty and lifeless with everything closed. Our standard suite was spacious but dated, with worn furniture, only a bathtub and handheld shower (no proper shower in any room). As two women of colour, we also felt noticeably out of place — we seemed to be among the only, if not the few, people of colour at the resort, which made the lack of warmth from other guests and some staff even more uncomfortable. Although we had booked an all-inclusive package, we were disappointed to find that many amenities still came at an extra cost — including access to the nicer sunbeds at the beach club and the indoor pool, which we needed since the outdoor pool was freezing. The food was another letdown: mostly cold or repetitive dishes with few authentic Greek options, and vegetarian or vegan food wasn’t labelled, making it difficult to eat there as a vegetarian. Service was inattentive, drinks were overpriced and served in plastic cups, and only two restaurants were open during our stay. With no entertainment, run-down leisure areas, and an overall lack of care, the hotel feels far from five-star quality — a beautiful location hiding a tired, neglected resort that has clearly seen better days
