Grecotel LUXME Kos

We’ve just had the most wonderful stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos. After a long day of travelling, arriving here felt instantly worth it — the hotel is stunning, beautifully kept, and has that calm, luxurious atmosphere you notice straight away. Our room was immaculate, the views gorgeous, and the service consistently attentive throughout our stay. The all‑inclusive offering was genuinely impressive, with great food, lovely cocktails, and staff, especially, Apostolis the hotel manager who couldn’t do enough for us. A perfect mix of relaxation and indulgence. We’d happily return — highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Grecotel LUXME Kos and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort delivered exactly what you would hope for from a luxury all-inclusive — beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, fantastic food and, most importantly, a team who genuinely cared about making our holiday special. The resort itself is stunning, peaceful and beautifully maintained, with an incredible choice of facilities. The large swimming pools and lazy river were among the biggest highlights of our stay, while the fabulous beach and tranquil surroundings created the perfect environment for some much-needed rest and relaxation. There is also an excellent choice of restaurants and dining experiences across the resort, ranging from Greek and Italian to Asian and fine dining. Breakfast and lunch at the buffet offered an enormous variety and, importantly, the quality of the food was consistently very good. We particularly enjoyed lunch, although the other dining options throughout the resort also provided plenty of choice. The all-inclusive offering was complemented by branded drinks, which was another nice touch. One of the things that really elevated our experience was the level of service around the pools. Being able to relax in the sunshine while the attentive waiting staff came around offering branded drinks and hot snacks really made the experience feel special. We were also incredibly fortunate to receive an upgrade to a bungalow suite with sensational views across the resort. This was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. The accommodation, views and peaceful setting added another special dimension to what was already a fantastic holiday. Exceptional Staff and Hospitality The staff deserve a very special mention because their hospitality was genuinely outstanding. Vasilios, the General Manager, was exceptional. He was warm, approachable and incredibly hospitable, and it was clear that he takes genuine pride in the resort and the experience it provides to its guests. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and his presence and leadership were very noticeable throughout our stay. A General Manager can make a huge difference to the atmosphere of a hotel, and Vasilios is a real credit to Grecotel. Apostolis at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming, while Yanik, the F&B Manager, was particularly attentive and made sure our dietary requirements were communicated across the various restaurants. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. A special mention must also go to Patty at the 1930s Bar, who was always friendly, attentive and welcoming. Martin and George, the sous chefs at the buffet, were brilliant. Their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent — and I have to say, Martin made probably the best omelette I have ever had! Believe me, I have travelled to some exquisite hotels, so that is quite a compliment! And finally, Lydia was an absolute angel. She was incredibly professional, respectful and attentive, and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Her warmth and genuine care really stood out. Excellent Recovery When Things Didn’t Go to Plan We did experience a slight hiccup at the Tavernaki Greek restaurant regarding our dietary requirements. However, what impressed us just as much as the rest of the stay was how the hotel responded afterwards. The management took our feedback seriously, apologised and went above and beyond to make things right. The recovery was handled with professionalism, courtesy and genuine concern. For us, that demonstrated something very important — that Grecotel genuinely cares about its guests and is prepared to listen, learn and put things right when something doesn’t go according to plan. A Resort We Would Happily Return To Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Grecotel LUXME Kos. The beautiful resort, wonderful facilities, excellent choice of restaurants, quality food and, above all, the exceptional staff made this a very memorable holiday. A particular thank you to Vasilios and his entire team for making us feel so welcome and valued throughout our stay. Their hospitality was a major part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. We would absolutely consider returning to Grecotel LUXME Kos and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others looking for a relaxing, high-quality and genuinely hospitable resort experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean with various amenities for everyone. The room give you a real feel of Greece, some will say they outdated, I say they very European and they are big enough with a lot of storage for the small amping of time you spend in. The restaurants and buffet: I recommend to book your a la carte from the app few days before your arrival. But the food was just amazing, there is something for everyone and it is fresh, well presented, and a lot of varieties. If someone complain about the food is because they didn't get they chicken nuggets because I don't see any other reason. The bars: this hotel thrive in giving you the best and they do with their services and cocktail, could have been chaotic and watered down cocktail seeing the amount they do, but every single cocktail was perfect and served very fast. The pools: the pool are cleaned everyday. I seen on some review that people complain about sun be reservation in the morning and I can say the bed were reserved but the hotels has a 45 min time where you cam leave your towels and we seen staff walking around removing towels once the 45 min pass. You do whoever need to wake up early if you want a good location but we never had issue. Animation: very eclectic and I it was lovely to see show that you would not see at home. The service is really what make this hotel , absolutely spot on service from start to finish. I highly recommend it

Great location, modern facilities, delicious food, cleanliness, and—the most amazing part—the staff! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐!! Huge appreciation for Cielo, who truly stood out when it came to service! Cheerful, kind, polite, and very accommodating—she was one of the reasons we enjoyed our stay at the hotel even more! She is the type of staff member who goes above and beyond. She exceeded our expectations, and we feel lucky to have met someone like her at the hotel. Thank you, Grecotel Luxme, for a lovely and wonderful hotel experience!!

I would thoroughly recommend The Grecotel Luxme Kos! It has a lovely location right on the beach and beautiful grounds. There are many pools with very comfortable sun loungers - and the whole place is absolutely immaculate. It is not far from Kos Old Town which is very pretty and well worth a visit. What makes the hotel so special though are the wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you. They are welcoming and warm and you never have to wait for anything as they are right there! A special shout out to Patricia in the 1930s Bar and Restaurant! We appreciated everything she did to make our visit so memorable and we will never forget her smiles and perfect service. We will return!
