Just returned from a week at this hotel and had a lovely time. For an all inclusive we felt there was plenty of choice of foods at Breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also the snack bars serving various things throughout the day. There was also a good selection of cocktails for an all inclusive (I don't drink wine or beer so this was a nice option!). The only thing I can fault is that they had run out of English breakfast tea for the last few days of our stay, but it is close to the season end so probably to be expected and overall didn't really affect anything. We had a meal at two of the restaurants that you need to book in advance - Elia and Fork House - and the service was excellent from the waiting staff. There isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity, it's a relaxed area with a couple of bars and restaurants if you want to wander outside the hotel complex, but you can take a bus to Kos town which was a good option. We didn't choose to book any tours or activities as a lot of them seemed to only be offered with German speaking guides, but also we didn't really push the issue too much as we mainly wanted to relax, I am sure the staff would have helped if we'd asked them. There are three different pools to choose from, so you can keep away from the entertainment and the children's area if you'd like a bit more peace and quiet. There is also the private beach which was lovely. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels each day, you can also get pool/beach towels from the spa so no need to bring your own. The complex was clean and well maintained, our room had a balcony which was much bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. There is a mini golf course, padel and tennis courts, and a gym. I also had a lovely massage at the spa which was very reasonably priced. It could maybe do with a few more activities under cover for when it rains, but I guess that doesn't happen often! Overall a really nice relaxing stay with plenty on offer for everyone.

We went away for a week with my 2 parents and my 2 boys (23 & 19) - the rooms were kept very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and cleaned constantly. The beach was stunning and probably one of the best I have seen in Europe. Crystal clear waters, soft sand and could still swim in the sea in October. We went to the beach on most days and my 2 sons loved playing volley ball every day. I've got to give a MASSIVE shout out to Meg and Thabo (meg especially) from the entertainment team. They were brilliant had such a good time with them while we were there. We only got to see one show, but was well worth it, very professional and even funnier when they got one of my sons on stage!! The food on offer again was so good, and after the first day, we found the restaurant to quieten down after 7.30 in the evening so a lovely time to eat. There was something for everyone. The reason I didn't give 5 out of 5 was because of what is available to do in the evening. Other than the restaurants, there is only 1 bar which is in the reception area, on some evenings it was really full and did not have an atmosphere and with people coming in to check in seemed a bit odd. When some evenings were cold, we couldn't sit outside with my elderly parents. There needed to be some form of music / someone playing a guitar.... with the grounds so vast, there should be somewhere else to go of an evening. To only have a self service wine / beer machine in the ampitheatre was a bit of a let down. Other than that we had a fantastic holiday. All of the staff we met from reception / waiters and the lovely Maya in the snack bar and the amazing entertainment team you couldn't fault. I would go back if the evening bar area was looked into.

Overall the holiday was excellent for all the family the reps get everyone involved. The restaurant staff Cristani and Melanie was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Such a lovely hotel! Our room was bigger than I tought and the location was perfect. At the reception Miss Maaret was very professionall and friendly. The hotel was very clean and I mean everywhere. Everything was spotless. Animation team was cheerfull and colourfull t-shirts with printing was a good idea. Maybe 20 € is a bit much considering the quality. At the Fork House Cristiano was superkind to the kids. He made them feel spesial. There were plenty of sunbeds but some was reserved and nobody wast there. Hotel staff did not collect the towels. All in all I fell in love with this place.
