Vacation with really Nice and I relaxed in the Time

Die Location was very nice the Rooms are very nice and Big and I like the Sees view. I like all Pools and the Barkeeper always good to me. I like the Beach because was so Big.

We had a great group holiday here with an age range from 7-75. Something for everyone - peaceful areas for those that wanted quieter times, and plenty of life for the teenagers! The entertainers were particularly good especially Solly who made all of the teenagers in our party feel welcome and included in anything they wanted to do, without being pushy. He gave everything lots of energy. Food was good, but desserts outstanding. Agree with the comments on the water - they should serve bottled only. The rooms in my block needed refurbishing, but some others in our party had slightly better rooms. Great beach for those that use it. Pools are fabulous overall, with a nice swim up bar, but there are loose/missing and sharp tiles and that needs work. Wearing beach shoes for water polo stopped our party cutting their feet and we did bring up this problem to Tui direct. Staff work hard, but a couple of incidents made us feel they are under a bit of pressure. Maria in guest services was brilliant, arranging all of our specialty meals in advance of our stay. The staff in the food truck and at the gyros station work very hard, as do the waiting staff in the restaurants. Great time had by all, despite a few improvements that could be made.

Great hotel with amazing activities. The entertainers made the holiday a particularly great experience being extremely friendly and making you feel very welcome to join in with anything (especially Solly, Jess, Jolina and Beth)!! :) The food was lovely and pools were great apart from tiles causing people to cut their feet. Majority of staff were extremely friendly and nice speaking too apart from the Wunderbar staff who came across very moody and were rude to a lot of my family being extremely impatient with us and the lifeguards not paying much attention to what was going on in the pool at all ( either sleeping or on their phones). Location was great and amazing safe beach for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for a great stay! :)

The hotel was great with good food, pools and other facilities but the best part was the entertainers, especially Solly who is incredibly energetic and friendly and a great man, also other entertainers are great like Jolina, Bethan and Jess
