Atlantica Imperial Resort

We have just returned from our 2nd trip to the Atlantica Imperial resort and I have to say it did not disappoint. I would like to personally thank the chefs as when I arrived I informed reception I had a dietary need and I was told to meet the chef the next morning - wow Nikos cooked my food separately every night and brought it to my table -delicious meals to keep me safe - thank you so much Nikos - you demonstrated so much care and pride in your food and you will never know how much I appreciated it. Andreas the server is exceptional and knows what’s going on everywhere - so hard working and always greeted us with a welcome smile along with Elias. We love this hotel - the staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and in a beautiful setting. The swim up rooms are lovely but you only get sun in some until midday. If I could give one small criticism- it’s a five star hotel and the hairdryers are awful - you have to keep your finger on a button for it to work and it cuts out every 5 minutes! Please give customers a good hairdryer it would make women very happy !! Overall a relaxing holiday with fantastic staff in a beautiful hotel - can’t wait to go back x

This hotel ticked so many boxes for a gorgeous setting overlooking the jewelled blue Aegean Sea, with a beautiful hotel, grounds and gardens, a large, clean pool, excellent service from every member of staff whom we encountered and fabulous food. However, if you’re looking for a tranquil poolside where you can relax, read and listen to the sea and the cicadas, then forget it… From 9.30 am until after 6.00 pm, you are treated to an onslaught of loud, awful, piped muzak that booms from numerous Bose speakers lurking around the poolside, looking like giant green mushrooms! There was no escaping it. My husband and I were driven from the poolside and the nice, comfortable sun loungers into the garden area, where the sun loungers were akin to lying on a slab of concrete and would benefit from a nice, soft cushion. Even then, it could still be heard. So I resorted to purchasing some foam earplugs from the pharmacy, and even they didn’t block out the boom of the bass from the music. The only sound of the sea I heard came from YouTube videos of calming wave sounds that I played at full volume through my earbuds. My peace and quiet was stolen.... Take away the musak, and it could have been a perfect holiday.

The resort is stunning g food quality great and thoroughly enjoying the whole experience. The well ness massage was fantastic and can thoroughly recommend Jenny was the masseur and felt totally relaxed throughout

Fabulous hotel: wonderful service, great food, beautiful landscaping. Our standard room was clean and spacious with plenty of hanging space in 2 wardrobes and some large drawers. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the music by the pool and by the beach to some existent is too loud most of the time. It got a bit quieter at 10am when the pool bar opened but soon got loader. There is almost no escape - speakers are everywhere. I have now ordered some noise cancelling earpods - they are a must if you want peace and quiet.

What an amazing resort. It’s beautiful. Firstly you don’t pay extra for the safe or for water. Everywhere is spotless, the sun loungers are amazing with lovely thick mattresses. The food is incredible, lots of choices and plenty available. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only negative is the persistent piped music around the pool areas and dining room, at quite a loud volume. You can tell the time by when it goes on and brief periods when it goes off. Outside of the hotel is extremely run down and deprived. No where to walk and take an evening stroll. However this would not stop us returning . I enjoyed a wonderful masssge with Jennie. She certainly knew what she was going. A great holiday, just turn the music off or down and it would be even better.
