Fab hotel. Lovely big room, great balcony! Only b n b but did try the food and it was delicious! Highly recommend. Had to do a review as I really wanted everyone to know just how amazing the staff are at this hotel. So smiley, warm, friendly and fun! They made it so much more pleasant. Such hard workers but made the time to chat and give you recommendations! The Fresco bar staff…. Dimitris, Natalia, Despoina, Georgia, Tzeni, Elena & Giselda deserve a special shout out ! Lovely bunch of people, fabulous service. Another shout out has to go to Anna on reception, Michalis and Marina at breakfast! What lovely people, absolutely helped make our holiday special! 5*service throughout! Thanks to you all

Third time at atrium hotels. Every time surprised of its ambience. Kostas and Dimitra make impossible wishes come true upstairs in the Restaurants. Adorable how they manage to keep eye open for every guest and to remember so many things. By the way, you can always trust Kostas by choosing the dish or drink for you depending on your todays mood and he always manages to find even better solutions than expected! People who work there make the hotel unforgettable. Also it is not far from city center. Pity it has no own beach like the other atriums but I am convinced to come again and again even if I am not a person to come to the same place twice, I have already been three times and plan to come again! You never find better food and better attention anywhere!

We have just returned from our 4th stay at this wonderful hotel. From booking all the way through to us leaving the customer service was exceptional, which is one of the main reasons we keep returning. There have been some changes since we were last here in 2024, including music around the pool, sunset entertainment & saxophonist and we have to say that they have made a real positive difference to the atmosphere around the pool and pool bar. The food as always is top-notch, we would have liked to see more vegetarian options in the a la carte restaurants, but that is just personal choice. The staff as always are the absolute jewel in the hotel's crown and every single member of staff should be highly praised. We would like to give a special thank you to the following staff: Michalis - Reception / Porter Fotis & Michalis - Main Restaurant Katerina, Vasilis & Christovalantis - Pool Bar Julien - Bar Manager Fiedra - Wonderful pool lady Although we like to visit other places we always return to the Atrium Platinum as it's like coming home.... we love it so much that we are booking for July next year for our 5th time and we can't wait.

We visited the Atrium Prestige last year, this was an amazing hotel and possibly one of the best we have ever visited, with our only issue that we personally didn’t like the remoteness of it with nothing else around. We therefore decided to visit this sister hotel which was much closer to Rhodes Town with more going on around it. To walk into Rhodes was about 30-40 minutes by the sea. Taxis were about €15-18 each way. There is a shuttle bus arranged by the hotel but we didn’t try this. There were also restaurants and shops behind the hotel by the beach as well. Much better location. The hotel, overall, however was lacking something compared to the Atrium Prestige. Issues which could need addressing: - Very noisy corridors, with little to no sound proofing at all. Metal doors seem to amplify sound with gaps in the doors letting light in from outside. One night a child screamed/cried all night and might as well have been in our room. - No adult only areas, even at start of September lots of screaming children around the whole pool area. - I am all for moving things from unattended sun beds when people get up early and reserve them but then don’t turn up all day. However, at times this seems overzealous at this hotel, despite always getting up early and spending most of the day at the pool, we were worried to go for breakfast/lunch or a walk in case our things were moved from the sunbeds. - The feature a-la-carte restaurant, majority of the mains weren’t included in the all inclusive. Did not think the menus were up to the standard of the Prestige. - Main pool was too cold to enjoy. The positives… - Spotless hotel - Staff fantastic - Drinks/food excellent Would we visit again? Probably not. But I would not discourage anyone from visiting. This is still an excellent hotel, but probably just not up to the standards of the Atrium Prestige.
