Atrium Prestige

We’ve just returned from a family trip to this beautiful hotel. We had read all the excellent reviews beforehand and were not disappointed! The level of customer service from every member of the team was impeccable. The dining experiences were varied and of excellent quality. The hotel, whilst large, achieved a very personal and intimate atmosphere which we loved. The app worked brilliantly with food and drink orders being delivered very efficiently direct to your sunbed. The grounds and rooms were all immaculate and everyone was very attentive. We highly recommend!

Last day here and a perfect holiday from start to finish. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are incredible and the food is absolutely outstanding. Everyone greets you with a smile, use the app and they will reply to any queries almost instantly and ordering food, drinks and booking restaurants through it is flawless. Went premium all inclusive and it’s definitely worth it. The standard of food is about the best I’ve seen anywhere. The beach is lovely and it’s a nice vibe at the beach bar. The pool area always has plenty of sun beds and you just help yourself to towels. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and to Voula Rafail, Teo Aggelos and Kostas at the pool bar for looking after us with a smile. The shop is so well stocked and the hotel can order things from a nearby pharmacy if you require anything It really is like its own little village Perfection

Enormously relaxing week, made particularly good by the quality and range of food on offer. Konctantinos, as manager of the Mediterranean and Asian restaurant, runs a professional and happy team delivering excellent food and great service. Dimitrius, head waiter at the Asian was exceptional, as was Katharina covering the bar in both the Mediterranean and Asian - her executive chef husband delivers incredible food across both venues. The other food outlets are very good too, but theses speciality restaurants stood out. Fotis on the front desk was so positive and cheerful regardless of the time of day. However, the bar staff in all locations are starting to tire after a long season, it is clear their enthusiasm is starting to wane. One change would be to the grass cutting regimen, which is twice a week from 9 am around the pool annd grass areas, which limits access to loungers and wakes guests in the nearby rooms. Perhaps a 6 pm start would be better. Additionally, it would be helpful if these maintenance timings were more clearly signposted, either on the app or on arrival.

We have just returned from a few nights here and I just wanted to give some feedback. The rooms are distinctly average but with a great sea view. The mini bar contents is disappointing for an AI resort. The hotel staff are really helpful and there is a selection of restaurants, and this is what really lets the hotel down. The food on the whole is awful, bland, tasteless and stodgy, such a shame when with local ingredients they could achieve so much better.
