Gennadi Grand Resort

We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere to the outstanding service. A special thank you to Nikita, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. Fantastic resort with a good mix of live music and quiet spaces if you prefer. Great location and all round good Atmosphere. A Short walk to the beach. Extremely friendly staff, rooms are extremely clean and spacious. It’s been worth every penny. There is a small shop on site selling snack, drinks, swimming float aids and toys etc, Onsite Spa, Gym multiple Restaurants, bars, pools. very pleased.

The hotel Gennadi Grand Resort is a fabulous hotel. The staff can't do enough for you and the quality and cleanliness of the facilities, bedrooms, pools and property generally are first class. The food offering is not as good as it was 4 years ago when we last went here, but nonetheless is of a high standard albeit lacking a little in variety. Note there is no lifeguard on the beach and no flag warning system- one day although the sea looked benign, some older people really struggled and hurt themselves trying to get out of the water. This is a very spacious hotel covering several acres so be prepared to walk, although the staff will help you with a buggy if you need it

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Whilst this is a lovely hotel, they have no concept of 5 star or all inclusive. I certainly don't expect to be drinking my G & T out of a plastic tumbler at night or even in the bar area during the day. . ..by the pool or on the beach I totally accept. The evening entertainment is non existent, a DJ, Pianist, Violinist and Duet couple is as exciting as it gets. Most guests are playing games/cards and going to bed at 10pm. I think the hotel needs to strongly decide who it wants to attract, its certainly not targeted at people that want a 5 star Greek experience. Its very bland in our opinion, sorry.
