Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama

Our 1st trip to Rhodes. Beautiful island. Clean and friendly. Stayed at Grecotel Dama Dama in ground floor bungalow. Arrived at 11pm. Friendly and informative quick check in and bags taken to our room. Light food still being served. Salad and wraps and fully stocked mini bar. Even an Anniversary cake in our room for wedding anniversary. Coffee machine and kettle. Main restaurant excellent selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner no matter what time arrived. Nothing ran out. Evening meals excellent. Beach bar food in day had great selection and girls on crepes and ice-creams were lovely 😍 Bar staff in hotel and on beach were on point. Entertainment staff were great fun and we enjoyed the darts in day and bingo (great prizes) in the evening and kareoke. Acrobatic show was great too. Nothing was too much trouble for amazing friendly and polite staff here, reception team so helpful too. Didn't use indoor or outdoor pools as prefer beach but they looked clean and not overcrowded. Fresh towels for pools available every day. Room cleaned every day and.mini bar and coffee replenished too. Premium drinks available throughout. We booked 3 alacarte restaurants and food and wine choices excellent. Only one restaurant we couldn't get booked into and discovered lot of people download app or email hotel before arrival to book. Tried the cocktail and cooking masterclasses and had great fun. Beach was lovely, plenty of sunbeds. Lovely calm, warm clean sea and great for swimming. Could not fault this hotel. Had amazing 7 night stay and will definitely book again and will try other Grecotels. Massive thank you to all the staff. Only thing that we'd have liked was a smaller reading light by bed but it wasnt a problem

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Wonderful Stay at Grecotel Dama Dama We spent six wonderful days at Grecotel Dama Dama as a mother and her 13-year-old daughter, and this beautiful stay will remain in our hearts and memories for a very long time. From the very first moment until our departure, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, genuine kindness and truly outstanding service. What impressed us most was the friendliness, attentiveness and dedication of every single member of staff. Even though it was already the end of the main season, everyone continued to treat us with the same wonderful care and enthusiasm. It was clear that hospitality here comes from the heart. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The rooms, the beautiful atmosphere, the wonderful pool area, the beach and the comfortable sun loungers were all outstanding. The food was absolutely exquisite, and every meal was a pleasure. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Mrs. Christina, the Hotel Manager. ❤️ Her extraordinary commitment, warmth and genuine care made our stay truly personal and unforgettable. She has a wonderful way of making her guests feel not simply like visitors, but genuinely welcome, valued and cared for. Had a lovely week away, hotel was very clean staff were amazing friendly and helpful. Food - poolside snack bar was our favorite along with the crepes and icecream, buffet had plenty of choice the à la carte restaurants were ok but don’t order the lamb chops! Asian restaurant was our favorite. Freshly made cocktails bottled beers made our stay. The ladies in upstairs lounge need a mention they worked so hard every night No issues with sun loungers staff did remove towels if they were unattended too long. Beach was very stoney so did not use it much. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This was our third stay at a Grecotel property, and once again, the chain did not disappoint! Grecotel Dama Dama is a fantastic beachfront hotel with a perfect location, sitting conveniently close to both Rhodes Town and Faliraki. As a tip for future guests, we highly recommend visiting the Old Town of Rhodes in the evening—it is absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers excellent cuisine and a wonderful selection of à la carte restaurants. What truly made this holiday stand out, however, was the animation and entertainment team. The entertainment here was significantly better, much more organized, and far more engaging than at the other Grecotel properties we have visited. There is a huge variety of daily activities available, with great options for both sports and fitness. We particularly loved the snorkeling tour organized with the "Banana Safari" (highly recommended!), as well as bocce, darts, and a fantastic aqua gym. The evening program was also exceptional and well-distributed between the beach bar and the theatre. Every night featured great family games like bingo, a mini-disco for the kids, and high-quality shows with live music and acrobats. A special thank you goes to Michele, the entertainment manager, and his fantastic team for making our stay so memorable! Another huge plus was the hotel's pool towel policy. Members of the staff walked around daily to remove towels from sunbeds that had been left unattended for hours to "reserve" them. This made the pool experience much fairer and more relaxing for everyone. Although we usually love to travel around and try new hotels, we had such an incredible time during this holiday that we have already decided to book again for next year, always in September!

The hotel and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, both to the guests and to the children. We really liked the overall layout of the hotel and how everything was arranged. The food and drinks were excellent. The beach was sandy and clean. There were some small pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but even our children had no trouble getting in and out of the water. We especially appreciated the full-service beach bar, where you could get coffee, drinks, snacks, pancakes, and ice cream. Having such a good selection available right by the beach was a great bonus.
