La Marquise

My daughter and I shared a family two bedroom suite on the upper floor. The room was roomy very well equipped and clean. Plenty of room for friends or a family. At check-in, we were offered an upgrade which we accepted for the first night. It was allocated in the adult only section. The room was beautiful very romantic and very quite perfect for a couple but not for friends or family. This is just a personal preference. The staff were lovely there was no trouble letting us have our two bedroom room back and they moved the luggage with no fuss whatsoever. The food and drink was outstanding maybe one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few. What made it extra special was the fact that gluten-free diet was very well catered for and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff to point out the options for gluten-free. The coffee shop staff were so lovely and each day they would remember that I could only have gluten-free food. Thank you for a wonderful day. We will definitely return next year.

I traveled to La Marquise with my entire extended family (10 people) in June. This was our fourth visit to the hotel, and each time we have been truly pleased with both the hotel and the staff. We first visited the hotel in 2008. The staff are genuinely friendly, the surroundings are tidy, and the food is good. The atmosphere at the hotel is peaceful and serene. In my opinion, the hotel's standards haven't dropped at all over the past eight years. Our experiences have been excellent, and we are planning a one-week autumn trip for mid-October 2026. I warmly recommend La Marquise. It is an excellent destination for families and equally great for adults.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at La Marquise. The resort is stunningly beautiful and perfectly maintained. We stayed in a beautiful suite that was incredibly comfortable and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The dining experience was another highlight, the food was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety of choices every single day. We were very pleased with the high level of service throughout the resort. In particular, we really appreciated the excellent care from Erne in the restaurant, who made us feel very welcome. We had a great holiday and look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely fantastic!!!, I guess that sums it all up!!,. Food is wonderful and the buffet is regularly topped up so you never wait for anything, drinks are plentiful and most Of the staff remember what you have and are so keen to make sure your happy and relaxed,. Check in was simple ( even though it was nearly midnight), the reception team were so quick and welcoming, our room was amazing again !!,. Special mention to Christif and George ( bar waiters), they were so lovely and friendly,. Exceptionally clean hotel, the staff work so hard to ensure you have a great stay,. The Chinese and grill restaurants are amazing !!!, . Thus us our second time here and we gave booked again for next year!!,. So thank you to everyone at La Marquise for another wonderful holiday,. X

The hotel was stunning and very clean, The staff very friendly and always smiling and saying hello. Ernie our waiter in the main restaurant was absolutely brilliant and could not do enough for us. So polite and professional with a smile. Rooms very clean. We were delayed and and arrived early hours in the morning when everything was shut but they put food and drink in our rooms which was a great jesture as we were all hungry. The staff including the man reception guy All got on the buggies and drove us to our rooms and took our luggage in and showed us the room functions. Over all a great experience.
