The hotel looks nothing like any of the photos in the brochures. The rooms stink of sweaty 🥵 feet and baby sick. The staff and management are rude and arrogant. The food I had vomiting and diarrhea after first evening meal so didn't eat in hotel again. All inclusive is a farce no spirits or cocktails till after 18.00 unless you pay between €6 - €12 or there is a choice of 5 free ones which are just cheap vodka with different syrup the beer 🍺 is rank . The pool snacks are a tray of chips , some pizza and apples then later dryed out biscuits, apple and a manky cheese and ham with cucumber 🥒 stail rolls you can't have ice 🍦 cream until after 16.00 unless you got it you pay €4. The pool is over chlorinated the lifeguard is either eating helping clean the bar area or having a snooze 😴 Even he didn't eat the food there. It's the only all inclusive I've been to where the guests go next door to the supermarket and buy food and drinks soft and alcoholic and come back to the pool area and eat and drink it. But the nail in the coffin ⚰️ on checkout day you check out at 11.00 they cut your wrist bands off and that's your all inclusive finished. So your transfer is not till 21.00 that's 10 hours with no food and drink from the hotel but you can sit within the compound theres no luggage room but 9 lockers for non refundable €2 and even the safe is a €15 non refundable charge for the battery pack for it to work and nearly forgot there is NO tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms just a manky fridge.

This hotel is not a family friendly hotel. If you require a good all inclusive this is not the hotel for you. The food is diabolical, the manager is rude, you are only allowed one key per room, the lifeguard moans if you have fun, snacks are not refilled and only chicken nuggets, pizza, cheese and ham baguettes. The snacks are only available between certain times and that is only really ice cream. Cocktails only available after a certain time and only certain ones available for free and the good ones you have to pay for.

Great location and directly across from the beach, staff were lovely. Rooms old and very dated but cleaned every day. The rooms look nothing like they do on the pictures. Pool is not as big as shown on the pictures and is 3.5m deep, children’s area very small. Sun loungers old and not many of them. The sun loungers on the beach are free but have to get there early as they don’t have a lot available. Food poor, bland and not lots to chose from. Only has local beer and local wine up until 6pm. Would not recommend all inclusive but if you’re looking for a cheap get away with a good location then this is ideal.
