Good location, very dated rooms dirty rooms , poor maintenance, not good value for money, food very poor often cold ,rubbery ,not much variety from day 2 day often ate out,had to pay extra for botted water ,even had to pay extra to use pool table and air hockey but staff were very nice the odd 1 weren't very polite .

Everything was terrible.I get it’s a 3 star but you would try to get higher standards.Receptionist was bad she huffed when we arrived as if it was a chore for her to get up to check us in.We then arrived to the room there was blood on the pillow fingerprints on the wall it was disturbing and disgusting.For an all inclusive you get given a token to get a drink if you don’t bring your glass back you won’t get your token back to get another drink.If you lost your token it’s €5 to get another it’s absolutely diabolical.We then went down to breakfast it was stone cold and the eggs had dust on DUST.It was horrible luckily we changed hotels we could not stay there. TUI should not excuse this for “well it’s a 3 star what do you expect” no this should not be there case they should try to do everything in the power to attempt to make this place a 4 star so they can do better. Look at the grim sunbeds

Recently stayed in Lito hotel for a week (all inclusive), no complaints regarding the room, it was clean, well stocked and had a lovely sea view from the balcony and staff were all really friendly. The only complaint we had about the room was a slightly off smell that would come up from the drain located on the floor next to the shower when you’d turn it on but unfortunately likely not much they can do regarding that. Drinks were nice as was breakfast and lunch but more of a struggle to find food on an evening as it’s very repetitive and not many options therefore we ate dinner out 5/7 nights, however, when booking a 3 star you can never expect a 5 so we had planned on doing this regardless, would only recommend if you go with the right expectations.
