Staff not friendly, hotel is very dated and pool not heated, bar needs overhaul. Food 7/10

So we arrived early hours about 01.30 and upon getting to our room we found out balcony door did not lock, balcony’s are with reach of each other so we found this off putting trying to sleep the first night with 2 other girls with me. We reported this and was told we needed to wait till the morning to be fixed so we had to make our own lock. This was however fixed in the morning, we paid for bed and breakfast and we didn’t enjoy breakfast so we didn’t go back down for it any other time for the rest of the week. The pool was clean but freezing, so if it’s a cloudy day you wouldn’t want to get in, the sea was warmer. We spent most of our days at the beach. Room was ok small for 3 of us and bathroom was tiny with a bath you was told not to use.

This hotel has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for 10 days the hotel was dirty smelly towels left every day the room was never cleaned couldn’t leave the air con on or fridge as u were only allowed one key. The food was horrendous as there was nothing different everyday and wat u didn’t eat in the morning was brought out for dinner and tea all the drink was watered down even the wine it was disgusting with in two days we were ill with sickness and dis entry couldn’t stay in the room as u couldn’t leave air con on as they told us to take the one key with us as they were so rude right down to the bar staff the receptionist was rude to the core when we got to the hotel the day we arrived demanding the €50 for the tax before u were booked in . I’ve booked with tui for years and this has to be the worst hotel they have ever sold to me and I will not make the same mistake again they need to remove this hotel off there website as we work for our money and we ended up spending more than we should of as it was meant to be an all inclusive hotel
