The hotel is quite nice and clean, and it looks like it has likely undergone some modernization. The room was nice, but as for the towels and bed linen, almost every single one of us had dirty ones, which is unforgivable in any hotel. The dining area had a very limited selection, and I would compare it to a cafeteria at the end of the world—really terrible. I recommend hiring a chef who isn't recovering from COVID and actually has working taste buds. Everything was unseasoned, un-salted, simply one big disaster. Air conditioning comes with an extra charge of 7 euros per night, which is absolute madness, and at the reception, they even charge 1 euro to use the luggage scale... Overall, I am giving it three stars considering the low price we got for the stay.

Very clean and lovely atmosphere here, For the price it’s well worth it!! Nights are great with entertainment on certain days- location is also pretty decent with a bus a close 10 minute walk away. Staff were always accommodating and friendly, even joining in on the fun sometimes 😂 Bar staff Honey was especially great, talkative and great to speak to about anything- thank you!! Pool was lovely and clean with nice sun-beds to tan on. Only reason I chose 4 star was only because of food availability, as all inclusive, there was choices but some food tasted not the best. Other than that no other complaints!

So disappointed with this hotel! Awful place & downright rude staff. Haven’t visited Rhodes before but what a horrible experience it was ! Went to Greece many times over the years & had a lovely time so hoped for a repeat ( different hotels/areas) What a major let down this place was, photos on advert total misrepresentation. Supposed to be all inclusive & we ended up going out all the time as food & drink not good. Definitely AVOID this hotel, so many better places with far nicer staff.

We arrived at midnight as our flight was delayed. No food or water on arrival and when asked were told bar is closed. Hotel staff dont speak much english and are very rude. Hotel is atleast 40mins away from everything. Rooms not as pictured. Air con and towels extra money. No music at pool and not aloud your own music. Staff work 16hr shifts and are very rude. Buffet is terrible I actually lost alot of weight here. Its more like a city hotel with added breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS BAD. Looks nice from outside do not let that trick you!

Upon arrival, we were told if we wanted aircon for our 10 night stay it would cost €70 as it’s not included in the booking, the food and food selection was terrible, luckily there was nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive, “all inclusive” but there’s not much included, have to pay for drinks after 10:30pm and the whole drink selection was awful too, it says cafe/snack bar in the advert but there’s was no snack bar, only a shop with extortionate prices. There’s no music by the pool and when someone used their speaker we got told to be quiet because we were being too loud and disrupting other people, bare in mind they have a quiet pool at the front of the hotel, the rooms are quite ‘run down’, bathroom floods if you take a shower then stinks of sewege, the beds are like laying on concrete, we had a kettle in our room but if we wanted to use it we would have to buy our own coffee, sugar and milk, was told we couldn’t put the aircon to lower than 25 degrees, to top it all off, the attitude from most of the staff was horrific, the owner especially, thankfully we met some lovely people who were also on holiday here which made our stay bearable, anyone thinking of coming here don’t bother.
