Location perfect. Peaceful yet able to access everywhere easily when we wanted to explore further out. Most grateful that our prior request for a high floor, quiet room with double bed was listened to and we were given exactly that. Spotlessly clean. Pool ideal. Could be better. Thank you 😊

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. Our room was very basic (probably the cheapest option) but was fine for the adults in the group. We didn't use the kitchen aside from the fridge as the hotel is all inclusive. The worst part about the hotel is that the room is not child friendly AT ALL. There was a double bed in the bedroom with balcony doors that only lock on the right side, meaning the left side can be opened at any time, day or night, whether you were there or out. The children's beds included a bunk bed that didn't have a full bar alongside, meaning a child who wiggles around in the night could fall out. There was a bottom bunk with no side protection at all, making both options completely unsuitable for our 1 year old. There was no travel cot provided, despite the hotel being aware of our youngest child's age. We asked for one at reception, but were told they don't do them. I'd read online that they do, so we didn't bring our own. Our 1 year old had to sleep between us in the double bed to make sure he didn't roll out of bed onto the hard tile flooring. This meant very bad nights of sleep. The room had no stair gates and no cupboard locks, with the bunk beds essentially being in the kitchen, so our 1 year old had to be watched at all times for his safety. The hotel states they they change the bed linen every other day, but ours was never changed in our 5 day stay! Our towels were only changed once during this time. The TUI hotel listing states a swimming pool AND a children's pool, but in reality this is a small outdoor pool with a tiny, shallow, round pool attached to it. There's a shuttle bus to the local beach (which is beautiful) and we used it twice. The driver got angry at my husband because we made the bus' seats wet on the way back. I didn't understand this. They take guests to the SEA, then complain that the seats get WET, in a scorching hot country where the seats will dry in no time. And it was the last shuttle of the day, so it's not like more guests were about to sit there! The all inclusive buffet was okay, but I didn't feel inspired by the choice of food on offer. There weren't many authentic greek dishes, aside from moussaka, olives and feta on a few occasions. The hotel has a high proportion of German guests and I felt the menu was catered towards them. The hotel is located on a very busy main road, which was a bit surprising when we arrived, as this wasn't mentioned in the TUI listing. It's not safe to walk to the nearby beach because of the road and the nearby town is a 30 minute walk. Things we liked: We were given a sandwich and bottle of water each upon arrival. The staff use golf carts to take guests to their room, which was fun. There were lots of olive, citrus and pomegranate trees on site, as well as stray cats, which was lovely. The swimming pool was lush to use in the sunshine. There's ice cream to serve twice a day at the pool bar, between meal times, which is great for the kids. There's a large shop next door with reasonably priced souvenirs, water and snacks, and the owner is lovely. The hotel is reasonably priced and you get what you pay for. If you can hire a car (from reception), the location doesn't matter, but if you can't drive, you have to rely on buses or just stay in the hotel for your entire stay. Just don't take more than 10 seconds to find the car rental lady on pickup or she'll be angry!!

Great little hotel. Nice and peaceful. Chilled holiday. Very quiet if thats what ypu want. We did. We loved it x
