TUI BLUE Lindos Bay

We’ve had such a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Firstly, a huge thank you to Adela in Customer Relations, who was fantastic from start to finish. Before our stay I wanted to arrange a special room display for my girlfriend’s birthday as well as a sunset cruise, and Adela’s communication and help with organising everything was brilliant. It made the birthday extra special. The food has been incredible. There is so much choice and plenty of variety each evening, so it never felt repetitive. We also had two visits to the à la carte restaurants, which were both lovely. The all-inclusive drinks selection is excellent too, with a great choice including freshly made cocktails. The pool area is beautiful and really relaxing, with gorgeous views out to sea. One of our favourite parts of the day was aqua aerobics — made even better by the cleaning lady joining in from the balcony and making everyone laugh! 🤭 Claire from the entertainment team is lovely and Eunice, one of the waitresses, really goes the extra mile. She even helped me carry drinks back to our room when I had more than I could manage! We’d also highly recommend hiring one of the private boats available from the beach. We did this during our stay and it was absolutely worth the money — such a brilliant experience and one of the highlights of our holiday. What really stands out at this hotel, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and genuinely can’t do enough for you. Even the hotel manager makes a real effort to be present, greeting and chatting to guests throughout the day and evening, which is a lovely personal touch. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a really comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. Overall, we’ve had a wonderful holiday. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous location, fantastic food and drinks, but most importantly a team of people who really make you feel welcome. We would happily return! ❤️

This is our 4th time at this hotel and it just gets better each time. The staff are fab and attentive from the minute you walk through the door. The manager works hard and long hours and is always visible on site talking with all guests and making sure everyone is having a good time. Adela is fab always checking in with us that we are ok and if there is anything we need. We are pleased to see Seva back this time, along with Manolis make the evenings a good night. Rooms cleaned and toiletries replenished when low. As a ceoliac the restaurant staff go out of there way to ensure I had something to eat and would walk me through at start of service to avoid cross contamination from other guests. Every member of staff go above and beyond and with a smile 😃 Looking forward already to our return visit in June and countdown has begun.

We arrived with our friends for a week of relaxation and that is exactly what we got. The views surrounding the pool deck are beautiful and is some of the best you can see. The staff from reception to the bar, to the restaurant and the housekeeping are so welcoming and all have a smile for you everytime they see you. Tassos the general manager was always walking around talking to the guests making sure everyone is happy and if anyone has a problem he gets it sorted straight away. It’s a breath of fresh air to get a manager who you actually see! Adela the guest relations was always helpful with any problems. The rooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean thanks to a very cheerful group of ladies. The fridge in the room had a couple of cans of pop in it but they did leave you a pack of six large bottles of water and a bottle of wine. The food was varied and I dare anyone to go hungry!! Very tasty! The drinks are very good considering we are in Greece. I drink Prosecco and very fussy but what I had here was very good so I was a happy bunny! This was our friends second year and we will be back again. Thank you to all at TUI blue. You made our week a memorable one. X

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay. The hotel itself has potential, but in our opinion the biggest problem is the management. The management did not give us the impression that they really care about all guests. Sometimes it felt like they were more interested in making a good impression than actually improving the guest experience. We also noticed that staff were corrected or criticised in front of guests, which is not professional and creates a strange atmosphere. Another thing we found uncomfortable was the repeated asking for positive reviews. A hotel should let guests give their honest opinion without pressure. For us, this left a very negative impression. Some staff were excellent, especially in the spa, and housekeeping. The whole TUI team was amazing as well. The activity leaders Eliott and Clare did a great job, They were friendly and professional and clearly tried their best. Unfortunately, good staff cannot completely compensate for poor management. The hotel needs better organisation, better leadership and a more professional approach towards guests and employees. We would not choose this hotel again

We came to Lindos Bay in May, it was so good we are here again. All the staff are attentive and cater for us so well. Special mention to MrT the manager who speaks to everyone making sure they have a great experience here. I would recommend this hotel.
